Had it for 2-3 years and didn’t ever run into a problem except the stem material it’s made of it’s very strong but one crash and the bars bent but take a tow ball wrench and bend it back works like new and loved it

When I looked at all aspects of this scooter, to me range and speed were my key influencing points. However all measurements stated in their advertising is said to be in MPH when in fact the measurement system used by this transportation device is in KPH. So if it actually does have a 31 kilometers range, that could be then interpreted to an actual 19.375 miles range, or almost 20 miles. The speedometer measures only in KPH and the top most speed I could get out of it was 40 KPH on straight flat ground. 40 KPH is equal to 25 MPH not 28 MPH as advertised. I was looking for good range, and decent speed, the ability to carry some weight and the portability, (the ability to fold compactly.) With total weight to be around 50 pounds. With all said and done this scooter does well for what it's supposed to do, except speed and range, however the seat is a bit squirrely and not that stable. I think they went for a way to make the ride on the seat a bit softer but instead it tends to be less stable and more prone to assisting in accidents. If you plan to use it for slow movement like at conventions or getting around in a casino, especially elevators then for that it would be absolutely fine. But if you have to go across a small town or use it to commute inter city toss the seat and use the kick. I give this device a 3 stars out of 5 because of false advertising on speed and range along with the seat issue. Otherwise it's a decent mobile device for the money spent. ... show more

So unfortunately the scooter quit working. And there was no way to figure out how to repair it based on the fact that it was all in Chinese. It’s sad because my 14 year old loved it for the whole month it worked.
