Works well. 240 miles so far ridden on it. Top speed is closer to 15 miles/hr. Wish the plastic rear wheel cover was more securely attached & had a guard to prevent your rear foot from stepping or pressing against it by accident. Great value, use it as a short trip transportation vehicle in the city. Light enough to carry short distances. Front & rear light, decent braking. Can handle mild hills inclines. Anything steep you will need to walk or at best go up at 3 miles/hr. I have hit small potholes frequently & it has survived. Handles my 200 lbs no problem. Bought this for my man! It’s sturdy for hills, it charges fast, and it’s easy to navigate and use! The light is bright for the late nights when he comes home! Perfect value for first-time scooter owners! It’s safe too!

    • unsustainable battery
First off, the scooter in this review is NOT the one I purchased. I'm not sure if this is an Amazon thing or a third party vendor thing - but even though I selected my recent orders (I purchased my scooter in August of 2023), this is the scooter that shows up. Weird... Secondly, the scooter I did purchase was great for my 2 mile commute (I would charge when I got to work and charge when I got home - but never left it plugged in once the charge was full). I didn't ride it for about a month in December, then when I attempted to ride it again in January, the battery suddenly won't remain charged for more than 1 block of riding. I have confirmed that the battery is fully charged before leaving, but when I start riding, everything shuts down suddenly. I was hopeful that the battery would last more than 4 months, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Again, it will charge and say it is at 100%, but moments after I start riding, it shuts down and won't allow me to turn it back on until I have it plugged in again. If anyone has recommendations for how to get my battery replaced, that would be super helpful! Again, it had the potential to be a great scooter, but the battery life is simply unsustainable. ... show more

It is a great product until recently. I have only had this item since Aug. It is now December and my handle bar is messed up turns right and left on its own therefore causing you to crash and not be able to use it. I loved it along with my kids. Still do love it however disappointed in the handle bar. And hoping to resolve it with warranty. Other then this it is super fast long, lasting battery, doesn't take long to charge, easy set up. I received this scooter about 6 days ago and after using it, I find it very comfortable and enjoyable to ride. The power is adequate for an average weight adult, the battery life is acceptable and it can be easily ridden for at least 10 miles, although I have yet to figure out the maximum distance that can be ridden on a fully charged battery. I advise you not to use this scooter or other similar scooters while riding on road with lots of cracks or bumps as solid tires cause discomfort. But you can use this scooter very well on smooth and flat roads. It will take about 5-6 hours to fully charge. Other accessories such as brake system and cruise control and handles are of good quality. It has three speed modes, the maximum speed is 19 miles per hour. It can be connected to your mobile phone by Bluetooth using the app that is specific to this scooter. You can simply change the speed, turn on and off the lights and open and lock it using the app. ... show more

I have a lung condition that makes it hard to breathe. We were going to elevation of 4500ft and I needed a way to get around. This scooter was perfect! Easy to use, love the gradual slow down when releasing accelerator! Great pep for going up inclines. It even works well going on pedestrian overpasses over freeways! Fairly light weight and easy to transport. Very stable! I like the width of the handlebar spread. My kick scooter has narrower and it's not quite as stable. Love that it's easy to bring this inside if need be. I know I'll be using it a little to take to the bus, trains, etc! ... show more

    • Great Short Distance Scooter
I've had this scooter almost a year. I live in Wisconsin and rode it all Winter. It's been a great scooter in every way with no problems at all. I weight #200 so I don't get the the max miles out of it. I use it for short trips and immediately recharge it after each use. I generally don't go more than 3 miles each way ...no more than 8 miles round trip max. Obviously hills are a mileage killer but riding against the wind is worse. I think if a light person rode this they would get about 15 miles until it ran out of juice. This is perfect for a neighborhood or campus or small town. Fits perfect on a bus or Uber and folds super easy. Don't ride it in rain or snow and wipe it down after every use. If you are looking for something you can ride all day w/o a charge you'll need to spend around $1000. But I can't be more happy with this scooter 🛴 ... show more
