I've had a ninebot scooter before this and this has been far better. I used to be very limited in where I could go before I got this scooter. Now I'm traveling my entire city on a single charge. It honestly ridiculous how good this scooter is. If it could charger quicker it'd be perfect. That being said I'll take a 4 hour charge that can take me 17 miles over a 1 hour charge that won't take me 2 miles before I need to turn back. It's also easy to carry over the last scooter I had. I've had mine for a little less than a year and all in all it's been very reliable. Speed drops to around 16/17mph when the charge drops to below 80% but that's to be expected. I had an E2 error recently which via a bit of Googling meant there was a problem with the throttle. I contacted the company and they said the throttle needed to be replaced and to send them $16 via PayPal, which, given that the scooter is less than a year old seemed odd that it wasn't covered by warranty. Anyway, this is the replacement I bought and it wasn't difficult to fit: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D4JLR54B?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details - a little tricky to feed the cable through the post between the handlebars and the main post but it matches the connector and with a bit of Loctite on the set screw, I shouldn't see the same problem again. I would recommend the scooter simply for the price it's hard to beat and anyone with a small amount of patience will be able to fix any of the little issues that arose. ... show more

The scooter came packaged well and it took only 3 minutes to get it setup. It was easy to download the app and get it connected to the scooter. The battery was already at 80% so I was able to test it out immediately. It rides kinda rough because it has airless tires. The top speed is good but the speed isn't consistent when reaching top speed. Over all its a fun little ride and since it's easily portable I can just toss it in my trunk and have it always available. ... show more

    • I Cut My Commute Time In Half
I was browsing scooters for about a year, uncertain if I was getting a luxury item. I wondered if I were buying myself an urban jetski I'd seldom use and then for only recreation. I was wrong. I live close to my work, but this scooter cuts my commute time in half because I have no stops and can zip through parking lots. This scooter folds up nicely and is well hidden and out of the way at my workplace. It's light enough to carry down the stairs of my apartment comfortably. In my option, it's the kind of weight that is healthy for a man to be comfortable carrying with one arm down a flight of stairs. It also fits perfectly in the back of my small SUV, and it looks incredibly cool when you pull a smaller vehicle out of your car like you are from the future. I might get a second one. Two will fit in the back of my car for sure. There is an app. Despite other reviews, YOU DO NOT NEED THE APP. You can turn the headlight on by double pressing the power button and quickly shift gears without it. It is cool to have the app, though. You can lock the scooter with the app. Without the app, you can't lock it, making the wheels not move properly. There are 3 gears. ECO, which tops out at 10mph and seems most safe. Then there's "D,." It tops out at 15mps, and things start to get dangerous downhill, but it's fun. Then there's "S" mode, maybe "Sports" mode. The manual says 18 or 20mps, but you can gain momentum. Be careful with S Mode. I'm not trying to show off or race competitively. I use ECO mode almost exclusively, and the battery life is great for my short commutes. I should be charging it more than I do, but I use Eco mode. I barely have to charge it once or twice a week and then only if I feel like it. It's never gone dead on me. I know this thing is reducing wear and tear on my car. I've made so many trips on it; if I translated it into starting and driving my car plus gas consumption, it seems beneficial. I don't know if it is saving me money, but I suspect it probably is. ... show more

Scooter so far has been absolutely great. It goes super fast up to 19 mph, does great on hills, and is super light weight. The scooter also can connect to the app via Bluetooth and the app runs smoothly.

    • Really sad with replacement
The media could not be loaded. I got this scooter for my birthday and and I loved it sooo much, it got me to work and home quickly and had a great battery, it was a little bumpy compared to the air tires ones but honestly prefer the honeycomb. I really liked it but it had gotten wet and a error code of E2 came up, was stranded and had to Uber back home. Amazon was amazing with helping me and quickly sent out a replacement. the replacement is slightly different then my last one, the latch to keep the scooter closed is different and the wire was in the middle ( where the empty space is) and now it’s on the side of the bar which makes it bend when closing the scooter. The scooter also has issues connecting to the app now, it’ll say it’s connected but it doesn’t register (the blinking Bluetooth light on the scooter is still blinking) and then I try to reset the app but it glitches and kicks be back to my Home Screen. I normally would just forgo the app but it’s the only way to change gears and to get home without it dying on me, it has to be in the 2nd gear or economy and it’s stuck in the 3rd gear and I have no way of changing it. I won’t be cautious of this scooter and it seems like they have different styles of the same scooter? Idk it’s a bit different and definitely doesn’t work the same and my first one. I did message the seller to see if they can help troubleshoot any of these issues but haven’t gotten a response yet, Amazon offered another return but I already have to ship back the first one and don’t want to do this again. I will update review with any info I get from the seller. ... show more
