This scooter is a very reliable scooter and if you are looking for a fast scooter, this is a great choice. The scooter has great mobility and is very safe. Very easy to assemble. Ranges 15 mils on single charge I weight 185 -190 plus bags and load 200. So I would get 10 miles on a single charge. Light weight and easy to take on and off the trains. This scooter is an affordable, convenient choice. It is user-friendly and made with quality materials. Assembly was a breeze. It's light and speedy downhill. The power is average, compared to like-products. But, it does struggle uphill. The only other negative aspect I've experienced so far is the lack of suspension. This electric scooter has been a great addition to my daily commute. The speed indicator is a thoughtful feature, and the folding design makes it super convenient for taking on BART or carrying around, it’s not too heavy either. After a few days of use, it feels solidly built and reliable. The max speed is 19 mph, with decent acceleration taking about 4–5 seconds to reach full speed.     • Excellent value, perfect 2nd scooter
Seems like a medium-quality build scooter, with some extra effort put into the hinge/clamp on stem, and the brake handle. Definitely 10" wheels on this thing, but they are narrower than my Xiaomi 4 Pro. It is super lightweight and definitely portable. The deck you stand on is a little narrow for my big feet. My wife rode it 7-8 miles and consumed about 25% of the battery, so the range seems awesome. Top speed is definitely 15 mph and not 1 mph more. The back tail light is a little too small, but we don't ride at night. The underdeck thing that is screwed onto the bottom is plasticy and generic looking, so it probably doesn't do puddles. Would be 3 stars but I paid < $300, the value seems tremendous. ... show more

The scooter came well packaged and in new condition, looks well made and was easy to set up and charge. There’s an app but not a lot of features, but there is a wheel lock and trip tracker and battery health tracker. Beautiful scooter and I’m glad I chose superfun, I can’t wait to ride it! Update 7/11/24- This scooter is awesome! It has some pick me up for just being an e scooter and I can ride a long distance without running out of charge. Thing thing goes off-roading and handles small bumps well. I feel the headlight may affect the battery life a bit but it has a light and a brake light as well. Brakes are not bad but they were abit “touchy” before my partner adjusted them for me. It’s reliable and easy to store in my trunk it’s so cool. The manual says time to charge 4-5 hrs but I don’t charge it to 100%- I just figure, like the Electric vehicles that I’ve rented in the past, that the speed of charging will greatly reduce to a slow charge after it reaches 80%- it’s not good for the battery and so I try to only let it charge 80-90% (about 3.5 hours) . Still I get a decent range and it has a lot more power than I expected, fun for the whole family and it’s a great way to get around nearby without wasting gas plus it’s a ton of fun! Edit:7/26: E scooter is so much fun! The battery is powerful, one charge will take you far, depending on the terrain and weight etc. I haven’t driven it all the way to it dying yet but am 150 lbs and able to travel 8 miles round trip to the store and I will still have 3 bars left when I get back home. This scooter is pretty fast and has great tires that are solid, the suspension is decent enough but it can still get a bit bouncy in grassy patches and turning is a little tricky but again it’s dependent on your terrain. On sidewalk it glides very smoothly and is quiet. Get this scooter! Edit 9/21/24: I ride this scooter almost everyday to pick my daughter up from school and just for fun. Added a kids set of handlebars- an attachment that fits nice so we can both hop on and go. No issues the ride is still smooth and the battery lasts for 10 to 15 miles before needing a charge, I take it off road occasionally also. I remembered that the company promised to send me a “free gift” after purchase and I never recieved this gift so I will be taking off a star for the lack of customer service. That and there are no regen braking or suspension other than the larger tires ... show more
