I put it together without the instructions, which made me feel smart. I noticed right away that the metal frame was thick and heavy. As a stout guy, I was confident this would hold me comfortably even before trying it out. If you check chair sturdiness before sitting down, then you know what I mean. I’ve had it for about a month and there are no creaks, moans, or squeaks. I know I’m husky. I don’t need my chair to remind me every time I move. The cushions are really nice except the seat bottom was not as soft as expected. It doesn’t bother me much, but it is noticeably less cushy. I’m a little portly, so maybe I’m just squashing it down with my density. My Apple Watch says I need to get up and walk around periodically anyway. I also asked them to send the shorter gas cylinder and the bladed wheels and they were very helpful and I received them. This is one of millions that really stand alone. I’ve been reading the views, and this chair has plenty of cushions and it’s very comfortable. I am a very tall guy, and it fits me very well. The leg rest is perfect, the back support is extraordinary, phenomenal. Plenty of room for the hips. Perfect head rest and I love the pillow that comes with the chair. This is the first day using this chair. Assembly was very easy. Stepping back and just looking at it assemble it looks to be so soft and comfortable how ever once I sat down it was like the cushion wasn't even there. Had multiple of my coworkers try it out and it was the first this they noticed also. Now the back is absolutely fantastic. Very soft, good support, and being able to adjust how much you want to recline is a plus. I am going to keep the chair mainly because I hate doing the whole return and reorder business and just order me a seat bottom cushion to sit on. The chair a very good price and wish I could have given 5 stars but sitting in a chair for 8 to 9 hours a day a soft cushion to sit on is a must. ... show more

We both work from home. I have a Secret Lab Titan XL 2020 chair, wife wanted an upgrade for hers but didn't think the Secret Lab chairs are worth what they charge, so she wanted to buy this one. I'm pleased to say this chair is an excellent value. Pictures attached show it side-by-side with my Secret Lab chair for comparison. I know some will argue this is not apples-to-apples, but I know there will be people out there like us doing the same sort of comparisons on chairs. This char is big - plenty wide enough for a large person and still be very comfortable. I've included pics with measurements so you can get a feel for the size of it compared to whatever you've got now. The seller offers optional upgraded wheels and a shorter lifter, and we decided to go with that. We have used the roller-blade style wheels in the past on other chairs and knew they were a solid upgrade. The shorter lifter offsets the added height of the better wheels. Wifey is only 5'3", so I wanted to make sure the chair was low enough to remain comfortable. As seen in pics, height is about 20" at lowest and 22.5" at highest (keep in mind this is with those roller-blade wheels and shorter lifter, NOT stock out-of-the-box). The metal bracket that connects the back to the bottom is very thick steel and heavy - no concerns with durability there. It has 5-legs which is good to prevent any tipping, the legs are steel not plastic and seem well made. The main underseat bracket that the stem inserts into is also steel and seems like it will hold-up long term. Wife says the added pillow is very nice and great for additional lumbar support. She said even though it's not real leather, the material is nice - it does not feel cheap or plasticky. She also commented the arms are great as well - padded and they feel durable when you lift yourself out of the chair. Since the arms have a V shape bracket, they do not have any wobble and feel very solid. Seller's customer service is top-notch. When I reached out to them after purchase to inquire about the optional wheels & lifter, they responded very quickly and immediately shipped those items out. They were shipped from California, so I received them in just a few days, so I didn't have to wait long to assemble the chair. They also sent a follow-up email to make sure I received the parts and was able to assemble the chair with no issues. I would not hesitate to recommend this chair to anyone, it is a great value for the price and the great customer service is really the icing on the cake. I think we could have done without the leg rest, I don't think my wife will ever use that feature - they could probably save a few bucks making that an optional upgrade like the wheels & lifter. I'd also love to see another model with a high-quality cloth like Secret Labs has instead of the imitation leather, but that's just my own personal preference. ... show more

I saw this chair on TikTok and was very hesitant to buy it as it seemed like all of the reviews were a little “too positive “, but after purchasing, I completely understand why! This chair is very comfortable, the seat is cushy, and most importantly it has amazing lumbar support. It’s very big, which is good for anyone that is a little heftier, it’s a very durable. The assembly was quite easy, I will just say because it is a durable and big chair It is heavy. The box that I came in was very huge and over 50 pounds, I wouldn’t recommend lifting or assembling alone only because it’s easier with two people. The footrest is a little bit small, But also very durable. It’s very quiet And does not make a lot of noise when rolling around. I would say for the amount it is worth the money. ... show more
