I've been using this chair as my primary remote WFH office seating for the past few weeks. Very comfy as many others have commented. No issues or complaints for sturdiness and support of my 250 lbs. Fairly easy to assemble with necessary tool(s) included. Good value when compared to others with similar construction and features. Highlights: - Customer Service was remarkably responsive when I requested the available hard floor casters. Had them in hand within a week. Assuming the same would've been true for the also available extended lifter. - Fully padded arms. They're not adjustable, but the padding more than makes up for that..for me. - Firm, supportive seat bottom isn't as cushy as it appears to be but feels like it will stand up over time. - I'm not intending to use the footrest but it looks sturdy enough. It's kinda short for me, @ 5'-11" it hits on my calves. - Recline feature worked well for me once I got it adjusted to the right tension level. I only use it as a slight rock-back recline. Not sure how long the springs, etc. would hold up under constant full reclining. - Seat materials are soft & supple. Hopefully they'll hold up over time. I need to consult with the manufacturer regarding conditioning and care for this type of material. - The loose lumbar pillow was okay as-is other than being loose. I repurposed and attached thru the mid-top cushion to serve as a headrest (see photo). This works great for me and brings needed relief from the neck fatigue and stress I sometimes experience since my cervical spine surgery. ... show more

The chair is very nice looking. The grey color is really nice. Not hard to put together and they included spare parts just in case you lose a couple. The base seems very sturdy and the wheels are quite nice. My previous chair struggled to roll on this flat carpet we have, this one, not a bit. It rolls very well. The chair back is quite comfortable as are the arm rests. The adjustment mechanisms work well. It is a comfortable chair with one thing to keep in mind. They built this to support up to 400lbs. It seems well suited for this. Keep in mind how the seat feels will depend on your size. I am 6' and 235 pounds. It is a firm seat to me. It is still very comfortable when sitting at my desk for a good while working. Sitting doing reports and budgeting and emails and such for a 2 to 3 hours has been great in it. Leaning back to relax and game it can feel a little firm on the sacral area. I asked someone well north of 300 to sit on it and they felt it was very comfy. It is like a memory foam bed, one that is comfy for a 350 football lineman would be very firm to a ballerina and one that is comfy for a ballerina would be squished flat by the lineman. The chair is the same. I think it is well designed and well built to hold up to people over 250 lbs. I like the little footrest as you can sit crossed legged on it or rest your feet on it if you want to lean back for a little gaming with a controller. Customer support has been great. They were very responsive to email. I asked for the rubber wheels and they responded right away on the weekend no less, and sent them out on Monday. The chair comes with a Qr code in the included document with a video to show you how to put it together if you prefer that to reading. Overall, very good experience with this chair and their customer service. I would definitely recommend this chair, especially if you are over 250-300, or even over 215. Chairs that say up to 250 or 275 never seem to last for those of us in the 215-260 range so this works nicely. Good price as well for what feels to be much better quality than many of the $300-700 chairs I see at Office depot. ... show more

I have been using this chair for over a month now and while I definitely had to get used to it, I can say now that I really like it. Assembly and instructions were simple and it would definitely be easier with 2 people because the chair is quite heavy. It tilts well according to your preference. Back support could be better if it was built in to the chair, but I appreciate the pillow that comes with it for support. The chair looks modern and sleek and I have been loving the foot rest for meetings. The seat is wide and is a little firm, but after awhile I got used to it and find it comfy now. Customer service is top notch πŸ‘πŸΌ fast response and I was able to get the replacement wheels and short gas cylinder within a week of contacting customer support. The unique look of this chair drew me to it, and the great value sealed the deal. While it is not high end leather, the materials and workmanship of this chair is more than acceptable and exceeds what you would find in an Office Depot or Staples store. The recline feature is great, and the ability to lock it in recline is also a nice feature. Arm rests do not adjust but the size and placement is just about perfect. My office has hard floors so I immediately contacted customer support for the roller blade style wheels. Support was prompt with sending the wheels same day and have even followed up to make sure the package arrived and that I was satisfied. You can't ask for more, really. At 6'5" the chair is more than adequetly comfortable and I can sit at my computer for hours without discomfort or pain. It really is surprising how comfortable this chair is for the price paid. If I were to suggest any improvements I would ask for an extended leg rest for taller people and adjustable arm rests, but of course this would affect the price. All in all this is a great purchase for my office and if I get a few years of use out of it I could see myself purchasing another. ... show more
