The unique look of this chair drew me to it, and the great value sealed the deal. While it is not high end leather, the materials and workmanship of this chair is more than acceptable and exceeds what you would find in an Office Depot or Staples store. The recline feature is great, and the ability to lock it in recline is also a nice feature. Arm rests do not adjust but the size and placement is just about perfect. My office has hard floors so I immediately contacted customer support for the roller blade style wheels. Support was prompt with sending the wheels same day and have even followed up to make sure the package arrived and that I was satisfied. You can't ask for more, really. At 6'5" the chair is more than adequetly comfortable and I can sit at my computer for hours without discomfort or pain. It really is surprising how comfortable this chair is for the price paid. If I were to suggest any improvements I would ask for an extended leg rest for taller people and adjustable arm rests, but of course this would affect the price. All in all this is a great purchase for my office and if I get a few years of use out of it I could see myself purchasing another. ... show more

First and foremost, I just want to say thank you to the owners of this page for helping me with my issues I encountered. I've had this chair for about 3 weeks now. So here is my completely honest review: Pros - - The leg rest is AWESOME! I sit in weird positions, and it still works and is comfortable for however you'd like to sit! I'm talking putting all my weight on the footrest and it still doesn't break. - The back of the chair is super comfortable and is amazing for my back issues. You can adjust it to however much tension you would like as well. REMEMBER THIS! It comes super loose, but you can tighten it with the big black knob -Assembly is easy. It's the same steps as putting together a regular office chair, but even easier. For once I found a chair that you can easily install the arm rests. -If you do not sit in it for almost 12 hours like me, the butt part of the chair is extremely comfortable too. -If you have back or hip problems, GET THIS CHAIR!!! Cons - - If you sit in this chair for long periods of time, your butt can get sore. I messaged the owner about this issue, and they sent me a $35 refund for a seat cushion! How sweet is that? -I wish the metal on the leg rest was covered with fabric or something. When you sit in weird positions like I do, you randomly hit this cold cold metal, and also its really uncomfortable. This is honestly an awesome chair, the price is pretty high in my opinion however for the comfiness and look, I feel like it is semi worth it. Knowing what I know now about the chair, I would honestly put it at a $190-$200 price range, instead of the almost $300 I paid for it. I just purchased this chair today, because I’m having knee surgery very soon, so I needed a chair to rest and relax in comfortably. This chair is super amazing. I highly recommended it. It’s very comfortable for Xl -XXXL people I’m about 315 and it feels very comfortable and heavy duty.Assembly was super easy for people who are mechanically inclined or semi mechanically inclined. You’ll probably have to have a second person to help hold the cushion to the back rest to line up the rocking mechanism.There a couple of things that I dislike #1 the Footrest could be a little more sturdy for larger framed people, but it’s well crafted and designed, this is subjective,#2 the cushion could use more padding this is a fact . I put an extra pillow for more comfort.I might revise my review after my surgery to give an update after post op surgery rehab. ... show more

I would like to start this review off by prefacing that I am 5'7 and 275lbs. This chair gets around 13-16 hours of use, almost every day. Half of which is when i'm doing office work from home and the other half when i'm relaxing & gaming with friends. The build quality itself is incredibly sturdy & durable, while the actual padding of the chair feels so soft and buttery smooth at the same time. There is no squeaking or noises even after the use it has already gone through, which is a testament to the quality of the materials. Which on that note I will also say this chair only took about 30 minutes to put all the materials provided together, the ease of assembly was great but the last bit of attaching the back of the chair with the iron bar to the seat is definitely made easier if you have a friend to help hold it steady. As for the shorter cylinder and upgraded wheels (included pic) that I read from other reviewers, I decided to reach out to the seller's customer support email that was provided in the packaging. Customer support reached back out to me much quicker than I anticipated and I have to say the whole experience was fantastic. They shipped out both the shorter cylinder and upgraded wheels soon after and provided me with tracking numbers as well. If you may be close to my size like mentioned above and fear you may not be able to sit comfortably, as maybe you're use to criss-cross, fear not because that's exactly how i'm sitting in it right now writing this review and have plenty of room. Pulling out the slide-out leg rest and leaning back is very comfy as well. I have used various office and gaming chairs throughout my life, i'm definitely happy that I chose this one after extensively looking at different chairs for over 2 months before making a decision, this chair is more than top tier.
