I was very happy with this product but my husband was too big for it. He is 6 ft tall and about 230 lbs. If it had been for me it would have been great since I am 5'2" It says big mans chair but I don't think it is a big american man.

This chair is from a German company manufactured in China. The quality control is top notch, materials are premium, design is very nice, motors and rams are ultra quiet, vibrating massage has 8 settings and 3 selectable areas. Heat function in lumbar area is top notch. Tools not required for assembly, 2 boxes easy setup. FedEx delivery for free with excellent tracking. Lift function is smooth and controlled and very safe. Don't hesitate to buy. I can't speak for leather as I ordered fabric and the quality of the fabric and wood is top notch. Great chair with a small footprint. The chair is a nice size for my mom who is short. The chair was easy to assemble, not the clips on the back are to be pulled out to let the seat tracks to be secured and fully inserted.

this chair is awesome, easy to put together don't pay someone to do it for you. my teenage boy and I did it in 20min. and I've only have one arm. the only thing that could be better is the footrest, feet hang over about 8in. I'm 5'6"

We just finished assembling the chair with no problems. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL CHAIR!! It a real value for the money. The leather is very soft and comfortable. After plugging in the heat and massage controls, I refuse to leave, so my poor husband is without his chair😜 I recommend this chair to anyone looking for a soft, beautiful lift chair that doesn’t look like the everyday lift chair….love, love, love it❤️ ... show more

The chair is well designed, expertly packed and very easy to assemble without any tools. This is a substantial chair with powerful motors and does everything as advertised. But the amazing feature is their customer service was outstanding! Buy with confidence!
