    • Sharp and easily cleaned
I use this knife for paring and cutting/deboning small pieces of meat. I do have a suggestion; that the handle has finger indentations so that one can easily determine which is the cutting side of the knife while being used. I keep having to look at the knife blade while I am cutting in order to determine if the knife is cutting side up or cutting side down. Otherwise, I like that the handle is sealed to the knife blade for sanitary purposes and that the handle has grooves in it for a firm grip. This is an inexpensive knife made for commercial/utilitarian purposes. The blade is thin, but not too flexible. It is not very pretty but it is pretty useful. ... show more
