Overall happy with this purchase. Best assembly experience I've ever had -- instructions and the hardware pieces were very nice and I did it by myself in less than half an hour. My only gripe is that I'm too tall for the headrest to support, so my head falls on the frame of the headrest instead of the mesh part. No big deal to me. We have been through 3 other chairs over the years and nothing has lasted or fit comfortably in his gaming area. -This chair is sturdy with a solid frame, and the size is comfortable, (though it might be large for smaller spaces)..but, it fits perfectly and the arms of the chairs don’t prevent it from being tucked all the way in! -Assembly was straightforward with no missing screws. The cushion offers decent support, and the adjustable settings help with fit. -My favorite part about the chair is the storage in the back. I've had always had trouble getting a good desk chair, but this one has been the best of them all. Like that it is comfortable, and I do not get tired sitting for too long. The curve is positioned just right for my back pain relief. When too tired I can sit all the way back without falling. If I can take it home from the office I would. Would be nice to have a pillow attached to it, but overall, it is the best chair I have ever had. ... show more

I searched for days for the perfect chair. I wanted a headrest & mainly, for the chair to rock. This one does! After I got it together, I did get nervous bc it was very hard for me to turn the tension knob but I did it! 😅 I think the chair is a little darker gray than in the picture but not a huge deal. The cushy armrests were a plus! I was using a hard folding chair for months & it started really hurting me so I used my mom's comp chair while I searched for a new one. Hers didn't have cushy armrests & its a noticeable difference to me. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase! If no updates, all is well 7/8/24- not even a month in & my tilt stopped working. USER ERROR, the lever (somehow) went into locked position! Lol all good now 7/24/24 - The seat cushion may not be adequate for some; you may want to purchase a cushion for added comfort or support. Still love this chair though! ... show more
