I have 2 of these. One for the wife and one for myself. The wife uses it while sitting on her papasan chair after she's done work and/or cooking dinner, etc. Gives her some relief from her nerve pain and overall improves comfort of sitting. This has helped me a lot as someone who spends most of their days sitting at a desk. Has helped my lower back immensely. I just wish it was slightly taller so my legs were at more of a 90 degree angle, but that may just be a personal preference
