This pan is 2” deep/tall. The product measurements indicated 3.45” deep/tall, like the other 12” cuisinart pan we bought. The product is great, that’s why we bought this 10” pan, but the measurements are incorrect.

Supposedly, can even use in oven up to 500F, but… who on earth thought that a pot handle should stay cool when cooking on stove, but the lid handle should not have that material/feature🤨🤨 Really ?… Basically, I consider this pot without a lid as I’ll need to use some of the old lids to avoid burning myself or using heat protection gloves every time when cooking. ... show more
