The classic bait and switch ! I should have known that it would be less than desired for $318 but the description said heavy rubber backing and the weight was listed at 25 lbs. I haven’t weighed it yet but it’s closer to 10 lbs than 25. It may last but I’m disappointed. Would not recommend.

I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day and he was immediately impressed. So far he appreciates the quality and how thick the mat is. Now he’s looking forward to setting it up with a monitor and all the things that go into having a miniature range in our garage!

    • Well worth the money spent for 5x5!
So far, pretty durable. Edges shave off material a little. Probably from being cut and the residual edges are the “weak” areas. No marks left on clubs after hitting. Perfect thickness. I can really dig in to the mat vs the club bouncing right back up. Best money spent. Wish the holes were offset from center for the tee positions. But easy fix with a drill if needed. 5x5 is the way to go. Great little tray and tees. The tee “I needed” is in between the sizes given. But eh, personal preference. Not their fault.     • Fantastic mat for use with a home simulator
I am using two of these placed next to each other in a home golf simulator setup. The mat is very thick. It is easy on the wrists even on fat shots with the mat placed directly on a concrete floor. The mat has no to minimal green color transfer to clubs that I have seen sometimes with other products. Two of these placed in line with a return net is perfect for use with a skytrak because it allows you to offset the mats slightly to allow balls to be hit more to the middle of the net. ... show more

    • Great feel to the mat
This mat is exactly what we hit off of at our local CC. Very durable and we escpecially like the fact we can rotate the mat and move the tees as it shows wear. One downside is that the foam underlayment is not sticky enough to stay in place on the low profile turf it sits on in the simulator. We may need to look into a way to secure it, via Velcro strips, etc. Overall, quite happy with the product. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We were looking for a high quality mat for home use that we could use over concrete and this mat is everything that you claimed it would be.
