This product is five stars based on being advertised truthfully and working as a dehydrator is expected to. I docked one star off ease of use because the magnets are not great for keeping the door shut. I have on a few occasions come to find the door open. It is conceivable that something knocked into it but I would prefer a more robust latching system in a busy kitchen. Again, it was correctly advertised as a 24 hour max time unit so I got what was advertised. But I would love for them to make it a 99-hour max, as I have seen in some other dehydrators. Love it! Made batches and batches of jerky. Racks are sturdy and washes really easy. Just soak in water. I just use microfiber cloth and water to wipe down and clean the dehydrator. Everything came off easily.

Very simple unit with manual controls. Can put approximately 1 pound of flat jerky from a jerky gun per shelf. Makes it easy to whip up a big batch and maximize your time.

The media could not be loaded. This dehydrator came with some major cosmetic damages, some dents and dents, and a lot of paint chipping. You also have to assemble and put on the wheels yourself as well as reassemble the inside. Was not impressed with the amount of damage that this unit had. Will update this review on the way.
