I have sciatica issues from an L5 - S1 compression. I'm 6'2" and 180lbs. For me, the cushion started off being comfortable however after 30-40 minutes it lost support and I got pain in my thighs. The separate back support was decent and was easy to place for comfort but I could never get the 2 balanced. I do not think it is a bad product but even the XLarge size left me with painin my thighs because the cusion was too narrow and too short for me. I'm 170lbs, 5'7" so not too big and this fits me pretty well. The bottom does move around quite a bit, would be nice if it had straps, I'm thinking of duck taping it to my chair. I looked up the chair my work supplied me and its a $450 chair, it's quite nice and definitely not cheap. However, my back always hurt in this thing.
