Color: Copper I put this color over dark blonde hair. The color came out just as advertised on the box. It’s very bright & vibrant. Unfortunately, the color mostly came out after a couple of washes. I have a photo I posted of my hair after the two washes. I didn’t have time to take a photo of my hair right after it was done. Overall, the color is beautiful and the dye doesn’t seem to do much damage to the hair. However, the color doesn’t last long. I’ve used Demi dye hair dyes that were less temporary. But, if you want to have this color for about a week(or less) then I would order it! ... show more

i've been dying my hair red for the last five years or so. I've done different shades of red but decided to try a more purply color. I liked this shade and decided to go with it. The whole dying process was alright. It was easy to mix since it was in a bottle and it came with gloves. when I was ready to rinse and wash my hair and pretty much stained everything in existence. I dye my hair frequently, not super often, but I have never had an issue with staining. as well as the disappointment that my hair was just a darker shade of red than it was before. The color was not super bright, and it looked pretty much exactly like what I have before, except my roots were touched up. It was not purple or purple toned at all. I was very disappointed because i did want to switch up my hair color. i'll probably keep buying the specific brand because I do like the ease of a box dye, but I will not be buying this specific color again in this brand. ... show more

Bad ideas- I’ve many. One was to have fresh glossy nourished curls tinted violet today. 🤦🏻😬😓 Quick review of a box hair dye that’s allegedly gentle and designed for “textured” naturally dark hair- “Clairol Bolds Violet Passiflora V26”- “DON’T!!!” Just spare yourself tears and DON’T!! I’m devastated!! This was a life-altering 30 minutes. It’s a great smelling hair dye (and hair masque to use as half you hair falls out in your rinsing!!) Yes, I patch tested- no reaction. My hair was not previously dyed! My precious coiled snakelings!! I’m not okay and I’m still unsure if it even tinted my hair violet! I’m air drying my poor remaining coils that are not coiling right at all. My remaining snakes are dead and half fled from the açaí, argon oil and guarana infused dye and conditioner! I pulled entire baby snakes off attached to the ends of my hair as I finger combed after the conditioning masque. I’m not happy. Going back to Korean hair dye if this took at all (other than my actual hair) and fades to a probably hopefully dark auburn/reddish-brown I can cover with my boring natural black provided it grows back in! I’ve a K18 sample and am gonna try it next wash day though! It may be worth it to save my curl pattern and rebuild bonds in it. ... show more
