this is a solidly built light whip. It has a lot of color options. There are a couple that have different colors simultaneously; I just wish there were more options like that. But the variety available here is very nice.

    • Very fun and very attention getting with some flaws.
First off this thing is a blast and the color changing feature works well. It definitely is an attention getter and a safe way to practice whip techniques as long as you don’t hit yourself in the eye or anywhere with the handle. Secondly the issues are the strands shed after some use and of course they won’t grow back like hair. There are still plenty in place, but it’s at the point where I’m losing strands just about every use making it seem to inevitably become a colorful expensive flashlight down the line. The other issue is you have to make sure all the pieces are tightly fitted between uses. There is an end cap that can fall off where the strands are and you’d have the devil’s task trying to fit it back over the strands. A possible way to get it back on would be to wrap all the strands up with saran wrap and then slide the piece back on over the strands to screw it in place. Thirdly, some of the colors stopped working after some use, but changing the batteries restored them to their former glory. I can see how that would make one think that that is another issue as if some of the colors died, since the remaining colors were still pretty bright. 3/5 stars. Minus one for the strands breaking and minus one for having to tighten the pieces. Still a pretty cool product and a good gift as long as you know what to expect and to tighten the pieces. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Definitely one of the better whips I’ve played with and 100% worth the money. Long battery life & well made. It feels like it dances on its own most of the ones I’ve had did not do that! It’s very cool

This was nice but it felt heavy after awhile and the fiber optics felt sticky after just one time trying it out. Eventually returned this.
