Well I read the reviews and thought why not get them girls a treat ball for their goodies. 1st off it is very difficult to open & close. 2nd after about 2 weeks one of the little bars came off. ( not made well ) You have to pack each side and carefully & quickly close it shut while trying to push the metal prongs under the other side. For the $ spent I definitely won't be buying another one. I did pinch my finger in-between the sides while trying to close the ball and it hurt. I'd say its not worth buying. ... show more

So very cheaply made. So challenging to get the ball to close. Would give less than 1 star if allowed. Everyday trying to close this thing sucks....short chain to hang it from and the clasp on the chain is unbelievably hard to open. This thing is junk.

Could be more sturdy. Doesn't seem to line up very well when trying to put back together but it's not that difficult to do. I had no where to hang it really, so I just took the chain off. Chickens would peck at it and it would roll along the ground. Otherwise no problems.

Cute product, good size for my chick (follow her on insta @penny_n_friends_ ) but may be on the smaller side for larger chickens. My only problem was the way the metal chain was broken upon opening (picture above) I had to pry it open with my fresh mani and add a ring to connect the two :( I made it work and it’s cute. Penny is still unsure if she likes it though. We shall see. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is a must have for ur chickens! It will entertain them for hours! Bored chickens will bully so in order to keep peace they must have something to do! Just put a few veggies or fruit and hang it in the yard, that's it! So easy to clean, great price and this product is sturdy! The media could not be loaded. I enjoy watching my girls play with this ball. I wedge apples on the outside of it for easier access and also but cabbage and other items inside that they can pull out. Some food items have become too difficult to get out when it gets down to the bottom but overall it's something different that entertains them. I didn't have any trouble putting it together. Just squeeze one side to fit in into the other. No biggie! ... show more
