UPDATE - After speaking with the seller, they supplied me with a new kit (10 pcs). The mirror is doing great! Everything from the 10 pcs kit is superb & is holding up! In my opinion, it's worth upgrading to the 10 pcs. I have used the xylophone & the mirror. The xylophone is holding up pretty good but the mirror fell apart very easily. I am going to have to glue the mirror frame back together since it is now in pieces from the wind. The wood broke off & splintered. I don't have a place to put the other items at this time since I have to buy items to help with length so my girls can get to them, but now I'm worried about how they will hold up. I don't want my girls to get hurt. ... show more

My chickens love the toys! I find them pecking the mirror -- or just staring at it! They walk across the ladder bridge or just sit on it. The only thing I haven't used yet is the mesh bags for fruit and vegetables -- but that is only because my chickens are too small yet. But I am sure that they will enjoy trying to get the fruit and vegetables between the mesh! Great purchase -- lots of fun to watch the chicks! ... show more

This set of chicken toys is kind of a mixed bag. The big yellow vegetable holder is great -can't keep it full as they constantly get into that so that's a good buy. Thes xylophone is a waste I've never heard them hit it once. I don't think they understand what it's for. The mirror is really too small for the chickens. I took a picture of it with my hand to give you an idea of size. It would be better in a parakeets cage same thing for the the multi-colored bridge. It's too small and lightweight for a large Marin or a Rhode Island Red to walk across it so it's more of a coupe decoration than a functional thing for the chickens. Got these for when my chickens would be outside and they love them. They are supper durable and easy to clean (I wasn't expecting it to be ) but they love them. The bridge and swing can hold my 5 pound chicken up with no problem these are perfect to entertain your chickens for a low price.

Our ducklings like the xylophone, the larger ducks liked the mirror until they tugged it so much the wood frame broke & it fell apart. The chickens could care less for the bridge. Haven’t tried the rest of it yet
