Only used a couple of times, but I can see it is much better than my existing inventory of small frying pans. Eggs are a staple for me, so I cook them every morning. Very good company for pans. I own a big and a small pan from this manufacturer they both are great. Easy to clean, nonstick layer is good as well not like some cheaper option where non stick layer comes out easily. Build quality is solid as well. All an all its pretty good. I am giving 4 stars for two reasons first I feel its a bit overpriced second it could have been a little lighter specially the big pan. As once you cook something in it the weight increases and its hard to move around this pan. ... show more

I first purchased 3 different sized pans in May of 2023 for my mother-in-law, her old set of non-stick pans had becoming the stickiest pan ever (LOL). In July of 2025 I was visiting my mother-in-law and while cooking breakfast I noticed the pans still looked great! I asked her if she was using them, I thought maybe she did not like them. She said, "I use them everyday", I could not believe how good they still looked, no chips, no warping, and the non-stick was still working like new! My wife and I ordered this beautiful CHAROTE pan. It arrived in a with the handle protruding through a hole in the box. Unfortunately, the handle was broken at the base. I contacted the CHAROTE Customer service team with an explanation of the issue along with pictures of the damaged box, a picture of the broken handle, and a screenshot of the original order. Customer service was top notch and replaced the pan right away. We are extremely happy with our pan. It cooks evenly and the variety of foods we have cooked in it is delicious. It’s a solid pan, I’m confident the bad reviews are operated errors. Here’s why. 1: the coating is very slick even without a base of oil/butter. 2: now I’m using electric stove (not my choice but whatever) but it heats evenly and gets a solid temp throughout the base, breads, meats, veg and sauces all come together well. 3: weight is good I like the balance as well and the handle, it just feels like it fits well if that makes sense. 4: it looks good. (Also I spent 14 years working in restaurants as reference)so if you can cook and don’t use metal on it you’ll be ok. Hope it helps ... show more
