    • Won't turn on. Haven't been able to ride it
This scooter was relatively easy to assemble. However, I have been unable to get it to turn on. The charging block turns green to indicate that it is fully charged. I insert the key and turn it to on. I push off to start, but the Guage on the handle only ever shows one orange bar at most. I contacted the supplier and they sent me a new gauge (from over seas so it took months to get to me.) It still doesn't work. I'm way past the return window, so I'm out the money and have an oversized paperweight. ... show more

I use my scooter to get back and forth from work, which is just over a mile from me. It really zips! It was easy to set up. The company provided all the tools that I needed as well as instructions that were easy to follow. I'm even thinking about getting another one for my son because he loves mine so much. The only thing that I don't like is that you can notice the decline in speed once the battery gets down below half charge. I think this is just the nature of an electric vehicle though. I just keep it charged up and then I don't have to deal with that, lol. ... show more

Easy to assemble, a little heavy,goes 19.5 mph,and true to driving distance charged it up in 4hrs and drove it 19.8 miles and still had 1 bar left,on inclines more than 5% slowed down quite a bit but made it up,driving on dirt handles excellent, on grass with inclines no problem, handles very well on uneven potholes streets very well,front shocks and adjustable rear shocks react very nicely very stable,brakes work extremely well need to break them in slowly 5 stars very satisfied with this scooter,just remember break it in slowly and you will have years of fun,just buy it and thank me later. ... show more

At first, I thought it was great, but after riding it over some bumpy terrain on the sidewalk, I almost broke my back and my tailbone. The rear shocks are horrible. Second time I wrote it. The throttle came off in my hand. It just came right off. it broke that was only the second day. The range is horrible. It has no display. It just has a battery level, which is horrible because you need to see how much of the battery is left not just slashes so I do not recommend this at the current price. If this was like 200 bucks then it would be worth it anything over that it’s not worth it, very well. The throttle assembly is a piece of plastic that broke on the second day. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this scooter, the return date for this item was July 30th. They said they would refund if I kept it as I ordered one on Temu I did not need it anymore. The next day I decided to finally open the box and turn it on as it was gift for my daughter. The scooter will not turn on at all. And I don’t know who to get in contact with For a replacement the lights nothing will come on absolutely no power. We never even got to ride the scooter. It was a waste of money ... show more

Great solid scooter with plenty of room for your feet. Incredibly fast. The only problem I had is, I am very tall and the seat is not adjustable So I had to send it back.
