Right out of the box, the scooter feels solid and well-constructed. Assembly was a breeze; it took just a few snaps and voila, it was ready to go! This scooter came packaged very nicely with minimal assembly, all I had to do was attach the handle bars and we were ready to go! This scooter has 3 speeds low medium and high. Low goes about 5 mph and high at 20 mph. This scooter has a head and tail light that you turn on with one press of the light button and press it twice you turn on some pretty cool side lights. The breaks on this scooter are very responsive. I recommend you drive it slowly at first so you can get used to the breaking. This scooter also come equipped with a bell which is not only useful, but kinda fun too. This is a very nice scooter for cruising around the neighborhood, amd can get you about 20 miles before having to recharge, but if you plan to use it for commuting and are riding it on high at 20 mph, you will only get about 13 miles before needing to recharge. I wish the charge would last longer on high, because i like riding fast. The handle and arm folds down, making it easy to pick up and carry with you, but is a little heavy. So if you don't have too far to carry it, you will be fine. There is a port near the bottom of the arm where you plug the charger in which has a rubber cap to keep water out. Overall this is a very nice scooter for the price. I love it! I wish they could come up with a battery that would last longer on high speeds for longer riding. ... show more

Good solid and well designed scooter.Easy to unbox assemble ,just 4 screws to be set and it was ready. Gave it a good run after charging and experienced all features on flat road along with the top speed ,it was exhilirating as I am first time scooter owner. Did good on a small uphill in my neighborhood. My son also enjoyed it but at a lower speed for now as he is also new and training. Also,couple of my friends gave it a try and enjoyed too. The tires are good quality and battery life is also good for my use but I can enjoy a longer battery life,no doubt about it. I like that it folds and fits in my car,so easy to carry to places. Additionally, I contacted seller/company for a quick question as I missed on one of the steps while installation and they responded promptly with steps and videos which resolved the issue. Overall, happy with purchase and looking forward to lot of fun rides in summer!! ... show more

    • the skateboard broke down after 3 days and almost one year later, I have not received my money back.
I bought this product on vacation last year, I wanted to bring it home since I live in another country but the product was damaged after 3 days of use, it just turned off out of nowhere and I had to keep walking. I also asked for a return and they only gave me a NON prepaid label and I had to pay $250 out of my own pocket to send it to them so I could not return it to them, I begged them a thousand times to send me a prepaid label and they never sent it to me. I lost all my money, they did not respond and the damaged skateboard had to be thrown away. Very sad indeed, I do not recommend them at all because to this day they never refunded even half of it. ... show more
