I waited to post a review after owning these for several months now. I needed some nice, sharp knives because I'm always cooking or baking. These are perfect and very sharp. I have cut my fingers a few times, thankfully not terribly bad. Be very careful when slicing anything next to your fingers... These are strong, sturdy knives as well.
