Good chair for the price. Shipped quickly and was very easy to assemble. Does come with assembly instructions. Liked the easy to clean vinyl and the baseball stitching. Raising and lowering is easy. Tilts, but not too far back. It does have a tension control dial for tilt. Back is sturdy and supports well, which is somewhat rigid, so people with severe back issues would want to get extra cushioning or just look at another chair with lumbar support. ... show more

I needed a desk and a chair for going back to college the online version. I think the pictures of this chair don't do it justice it's a very slick looking chair! I think it's pretty comfortable and supportive. My daughter sure loves to spin on it. I may even purchase another one for her desk she does need a more comfortable chair. The only thing I do not like about this chair is the wheels don't really turn like there stuck or something maybe I just got the bad cart or maybe they are all like that. I will probably try to take some pictures and post on here. Overall I think this is a very nice office chair especially if your on a budget. ... show more

Easy to assemble, this chair is just OK. Not amazing for comfort and the wheels don’t work very well. Chair doesn’t roll well and it sounds like they are scratching my floor. Overall, I wouldn’t purchase this chair again, but it looks OK and I don’t use it often.

My first challenge in using this chair was that it IS HEAVY. I thought that translated into structural strengths. It does not. The 2nd challenge was that the wheels/casters are so cheaply constructed and poorly designed that they absolutely will not glide or roll over even thin carpet with no mat and hardwood floor foundation. So I spent $38 and bought a "good" set of "easy roll" on all surfaces casters. WELL.... THEY DID ROLL BETTER. THE PROBLEM IS THE UNDER DESIGNED WHEEL STRUTS OR LEGS ON THE CHAIR COULDN'T TAKE THE PRESSURE OF 130 POUND PERSON TRYING TO ROLL ACROSS THIN CARPETING AND 2 OFF THE ENDS ON THE LEGS SNAPPED OFF AND THREW OUR DOMESTIC HELP OFF THE CHAIR, ONTO THE FLOOR. NO, WE'RE NOT requesting a refund or replacement. I'm OK just buying a quality rolling chair to begin with. Seriously, the chair wasn't cheap and the replacement casters were $38 and pretty high quality. To much for the cheap chair. This is A "I DO NOT RECOMMEND" review! ... show more

I had this chair for a few weeks now and this chair is so comfortable to sit on. On other chairs I feel like I need to add on extra back support to it and I don’t feel the need to that with this chair. The material doesn’t seem cheap and it will last for awhile. I love this chair! I've been on the hunt for the perfect desk chair for a while now. I needed one without arms to push under my desk to encourage ergonomic writing. The chair is the best! I love the back support. Some people complained in reviews that it forced them to sit upright, but I find it to be the perfect position to alleviate back pain while typing for hours. The seat is quite comfortable too. so glad I got this one. UPDATE: AFter using this chair for a few months I now hate it. It is soo firm and upright.
