They are good Quality. But I’m right handed and the way I need to put them in they don’t lay the right way so it looks funny when I wear them. The designs are backwards or upside down or it doesn’t sit right. But I still use them.

    • Beautiful safety pins
I have an unusual (I think) reason for ordering these hijab pins. I am not Muslim and don't wear a hijab. But the "safety pin" movement that signifies that I welcome ALL refugees and am grateful for ALL my neighbors is something I wanted to be involved in. But naked safety pins are so unattractive! I remembered having seen these hijab pins when I was looking for something else and decided they were perfect. They are certainly a safety pin but they are ornamental and they represent a tie to my Muslim friends and neighbors. I loved the selection! The owl is my family totem, the dove is my church's symbol, "love" is a commandment for my faith, and the others are just lovely. I hope I can encourage other people to use these as ornamental symbols. ... show more

These are cute. They are very thick, so they would easily tear some fabric, but I found they work nicely. At first I was confused by them because they are heavy and I wanted the pin part to be covered. With some playing around I found that they could be pinned so that only the decoration shows, and then I started to like them a lot better. One nice thing about these is that the large size allows fabric to be draped through so that it goes over the pin, which is useful. For sturdy fabrics these are great though. They also hold in the hair itself nicely if so they work for that too. ... show more

This product is ok.. it needs a sharper point to penetrate fabrics easily without damage. I will not repurchase.
