Definitely the most comfortable chair I've purchased in a long time. I got the purple, which I really like as it's very light in color, almost like a gray-purple/lavender - quite aesthetically pleasing. The foot rest is SO comfy, & the ability to adjust the height of the arms is a lovely extra touch. It swivels & reclines very smoothly, the cushion is soft yet supportive & very roomy - overall it's just a great chair. Assembly is also pretty easy, took me maybe half an hour at most. I got this initially because it was marketed for larger folks. I'm on the larger side and wanted something more comfy than my previous chair. This was absolutely it. I love that the armrests have cushion wrap, as I set my arms there fairly often and my old chair ground against my arm bones. The set is perfect. The first day my back was a bit sore, but I think it was because of how I'd been sitting in my old chair. It's been perfect every day since. I spend 8 hours in it five days a week. No give, no breaking down. Every time I sit in it, is the like first time. The reviewer who compared it to your favorite recliner was spot-on. The foot rest is nice, I'm not worried I'll break it like my old one. My tailbone is perfectly cushioned in this too. It doesn't hurt at the end of the day anymore. Don't ask me why a squishy person like myself would get tail bone pain anyways, it makes no sense to me either. Regardless, nothing hurts in this chair or after I get out of it. This chair welcomes you every time you sit down, like a hug. It's beautiful, super comfortable, and I'm SO happy I bought it. Worth every penny. I raved to all my co-workers and now my daughter wants one for gaming. It came crazy fast too. As did the replacement casters I requested since I have a plastic floor cover. I like how far back it tilts. It doesn't lock on tilt, but I don't need it to do that anyway. I prefer to be able to lean back when I want and sit up when I don't. The height is perfect for me. I'm 5'8 for reference 225 lbs. I had my husband try it out and he's 6' 2 and around 300 lbs. He likes it just as much as I do. It's quiet when changing positions or leaning back. I am happily surprised by the quality of this chair. I have 3 herniated discs in my spine so sitting can be a challenge, but I enjoy long gaming sessions at my pc, homeschooling my kid, editing 3D print files and I needed to find a chair that could provide proper support. I spent hours looking at every chair on Amazon and beyond. Gaming chairs don’t have enough padding or lumbar support for me, ergonomic chairs all have that uncomfortable mesh and you can feel plastic parts through it, but I came across this chair and a few that were similar. This one stood out with its good reviews and I’m here to say they aren’t lying. Putting it together was easy, there are slotted holes for the arms and back so you can have them in just the right position! I love this as I am a small 5’4” 110lbs and I like having the large seat space, yet having the arms close in. If I don’t have the arm support, the nerve damage from my disks cause my hands to shake a bit. The seat is firm and supportive! Perfect for long hours at my desk. The foot rest is a fantastic addition to the chair, it supports me right at the ankles of my legs are stretched out, I can have my feet up on it relaxing, or I can cross my legs. The back has very nice padding, you don’t feel any of the internal structure, there is nice lumbar support, and I really like the upper sides how they hug and support me. The pink color is beautiful! No weird skin tone pink, just pretty light pink to match my aesthetic. The recline is smooth and nice. The arms are so padded and the length is perfect, at its current height I can have them all the way up when leaned back gaming with a controller and slide forward to have them even with my desk for productivity. My husband put it together for me and said he was a little jealous at how nice the chair was! He immediately ordered one in black for himself! He is 6’ 180lbs and it fits him nicely. I did contact the manufacturer for the wheels and lift, they sent a quick response letting me know they immediately shipped them out and provided a tracking number! They also said they were including a lumbar pillow which was a pleasant surprise for me! This level of customer service is fantastic and very much appreciated. The quality of the chair for this price is outstanding, I really cannot recommend it enough. Nothing is creaky or cheap feeling, the build material feels sturdy and the fabric is nice and smooth.
