The media could not be loaded. Before buying this automatic cat litter box, I watched a lot of videos and comments on tiktok, YouTuBe, and Amazon. In the end, I found that the functions that best reflect the product differentiation are two points: 1. Is it safe to avoid pinching cats. 2. Can it effectively remove odors? As for the automatic cleaning function, even the function of the mobile phone. All automatic cat litter boxes have these. The point I care most about is safety. I found that many brands of automatic cat litter boxes avoid this topic. They did not say how to ensure the safety of cats. I read a lot of information and found that the safety of cats mainly depends on the number of sensors. Other brands claim to be very safe, but they only have four gravity sensors, and four gravity sensors obviously cannot protect cats in all directions. The reason I chose CATCOOL smart cat litter box is that they have 10 sensors. Among them, there are 4 gravity sensors (basically all automatic cat litter boxes have these, and many brands only have these four), and 1 motion radar, which stops rotating when the cat appears in front of the cat litter box (this sensor is rarely available), and two infrared sensors at the door (basically Amazon brands, few have this), and a most distinctive biological radar, which can detect whether there are living things inside the cat litter box (this is a function that only CATCOOL has), and two radars for the poop box. These ten sensors are the biggest features of all similar products on Amazon, and most of them only have 4. I have used it for a week after buying it, and it is indeed consistent with the description. As long as the cat approaches it, it can be detected by it and stop rotating immediately (there is a disadvantage, that is, it often detects the movement of people and then stops rotating. It seems that it can't distinguish whether it is a person or a cat, but the safety of the cat is 100% guaranteed) Another one is odor control. Anyway, I have used it for a week and there is basically no odor, which exceeds my expectations. I am willing to share more usage experience later, so that everyone can have an objective reference before choosing an automatic cat litter box. ... show more

So far so good, setup was relatively simple instructions are clear. I enjoy using the app to see how often my boys are going. It does keep the smell minimal. I would buy this again, as a gift for a parent.

Works like a champ. In fairness, this is the first automatic litter box I’ve ever had. Just fill it, toss out the bag of poo, put in new bag and you don’t have to anything else for quite a few days. The app lets me know how frequently my cat goes and gives me her weight. The sensors will immediately shut down any cleaning the second anything gets near it. So far, worth every buck ... show more

I love that this litter box is big enough for even my biggest cat. It’s also very easy to get setup and is very quiet. It’s also easy to add litter to by taking off the cover, this is something that adds to the convenience.

1. I think safety is the most important thing about an automatic litter box. This one does a great job. If the cat tries to get in during the automatic cleaning process, it will stop immediately and will not restart until the cat leaves. 2. The app is easy to use and lets you know when you need more litter or need to empty it. 3. It can easily accommodate my 18-pound cat. 4. Reasonable price. I have seen automatic litter boxes ranging from $200 to $900. 5. No leaks, large capacity, can be used by big cats or multiple cats. 6. The device recognizes very sensitively, as long as my cat comes out of it, it will automatically clean after the cat leaves a little further away (so that it will not scare the cat, and it will not be cleaned in time and the smell will spread) It can be said that this auto litter box fully meets my needs, and the seller is very good at communication and answers my questions well. ... show more
