After doing lot of research and picking this one was a wise choice. It comes with a great air-pump f or the air assist that is adjustable. The Frame is very sturdy(Strong). Was easy and quick to assemble with very detailed instructions. Package very well with everything separated with dense foam. I do use Lightburn software, the provided drivers included covered one for Lightburn along with LaserGBRL. With the Large 430x430mm(16.9"x16.9") work area allows me to do larger pieces. The thickest material I've cut so far with out any trouble was 6.57mm(0.258")MDF or 4.88mm(0.192) Birch Plywood. Along with some hardwood like mahogany plywood. I do recommend this Laser for novices that are moving up from a 2.5w or 5w laser. This 24w laser is fast and powerful. I have not worked with acrylic very much as of now. I have done some glass testing and it did engrave very well with it glass blackened. I'm hoping in a couple of years to move up to a 60w laser if they come out with one or higher. I am planning getting the rotational chuck in the near future to try on this laser. ... show more

    • Don’t waste your money 4 months then it doesn’t work.
I bought this ended having to go to the hospital for about 3 months and then wife got the package in the laundry room with the Christmas stuff. By the time rehab etc was over it was about 14 months I had the machine before I opened it. I used it exactly 4 months and the laser module went out and they refuse to work with or sale me a secondary module. Plus this is listed as a P20 and it is a P10 I was under them impression when I hit order I was getting a 20watt laser to find out it was a 10 watt machine as P20 is a 20 watt and P10 is a 10 watt ... show more

I purchased this machine and was extremely happy with it until I made a simple mistake hooking up a wire supplied by the manufacturer. I called customers service and the only option is to leave a message and hope they'd call back. To my surprise, I received a return call within the same day and was happy to know the company had a quick response team in place. From there things got a bit sluggish due to me having to send a few videos of what was wrong to their tech people, two day lag to receive a response, and them also not responding on weekends on top of that. The one thing I can say, is reading reviews these day about companies who don't respond at all, at least ATEZR dose get back to you. If you break a machine like this, you need to expect there wont be some repair guy showing up at you house to fix it for you, so be prepared to dive in and learn how your machine works. The tech department and I narrowed it down to being a mother board issue (which I broke by hooking something up wrong) and they sent me one at no cost. I carefully disassembled part of my machine, replaced the board and I turned out to be the problem. I'm back up and running. Although it took quite a while (weeks) to get the part, I'm still going to give it a 5 star because Took care of me, when many these days leave you hanging. Also, i really love this machine. It's built well and packaged very nicely. Even the instructions are well made. I 'm also very impressed with how sharp the edges in the image I'm posting came out. It was taken very close up with a macro lens. I would definitely recommend this to someone and just let them know, if it breaks, you need to patient and know how to fix it and fixing it yourself is how it will be if you chose any other brand for that matter. Works great. Watch a lot of you tube videos and it will help you out. So, 5 months the wires to the laser came off. Atezr says to deal with seller. Seller is Atezr official store. Just look at all the bad stuff about customer service that is being said. I finally got a hold of them, and they did send me a new harness. So I changed it back to a 5. I really love this engraver. You really have to watch how the wires are running. ... show more

    • Low power, horrible instructions, terrible support
Buyer beware here. You definitely get what you pay for. The unit performed at about 1/10th the advertised speed. The laser power was simply not what it should be. When contacting support, I specifically requested a laser replacement. They declined and told me to just cut slower. Mind you I had explained, in detail, with photos and videos (they required both before they would support it) of the unit performing poorly, and their response was to literally go slower.... when I was already going only 20% of the recommeded settings. A 20 minute cut took 3 hours. The return window closed over the course of getting useless support from this company so Amazon was incredibly nice to take the return anyway since I had proven I'd been locked in support for a couple weeks. Bottom line, skip this product AND this brand, entirely. ... show more

Works ok. I think there are better options for the price. Customer support is trash. You'll get far more help from the Facebook support group then anyone at the company. Expect to have to figure out most things yourself, as the the setting and instructions that come with the system are horrible. And expect to have to do some work on the unit in the beginning to get everything aligned and working properly. Even though the company says it's ready to go out of the box. IT IS NOT. But once you spend a few dozen hours getting everything set up and working. It it ok. ... show more
