We chose this garden kneeler for its large capacity load limit. I have used it to help me do my flower tending. My husband also used it to some work near the ground. Our only complaint is that it tips when we lean too far forward, but common sense takes care of that problem.

The added side pockets are nice and hold the tools I need. I'm 6'4" and weigh 265lbs. When something is rated for a certain maximum, I only half trust it. Based on past experiences with clothing and other things, I always go for a few pounds extra or a size or two larger than what they tell me. This was rated for 350 lbs, so that's why I got it. I don't use it as a stool. I'm going on 70, so getting up and down is getting harder. I use this to keep my artificial knees comfortable while kneeling, and to get up and down in my garden.
