This was bought as a gift, Great quality, and went together very easily. It has only been used a couple of times so far as it is winter, but the kneeling cushion is very comfortable and very stable. The foam pad is firm and gives a high level of cushioning and stability. the kneeling pad is raised an inch or so, which makes the kneeling position much easier on the toes, feet, and ankles. The raised hand grips are very sturdy, and at a good height. Getting down into the kneeling position is easier and feels much safer. getting up out of the kneeling position to standing is super quick and effortless with the help of the raised hand grips. The cushion looks like it will be easy to clean when it inevitably gets mud and dirt on it in the garden. It looks like you can just hose or wipe it down easily. It is very easy to flip the kneeler over to use it as a seat, it's not heavy, despite its sturdy construction. The cushion is the same type of wipeable foam as the kneeling pad and is firm but comfortable, sitting feels very stable. The handholds on either side of the seat are a good height and size to grab, and well placed to help transition from seated to standing if you need a little help. I would highly recommend this to anyone who spends time gardening or any activity that involves kneeling. ... show more

I love this handy little seat/kneeler! It saves my back and knees in the garden and makes my time much more productive and less painful. It is a stable, strong little bench that you can flip over and kneel on. I’m a big girl and it holds me up without a problem. It folds up and it is light enough for me to carry around with ease. So been looking for a knee pad to use with gardening and this product is perfect for me. First of all it is very comfortable on my knees, much better than those small hand pads you see in garden stores. It also has a handle on each side which is good for lifting yourself up when rising after done with your gardening. These handles also make carrying around the product from place to place very easy. They also fold back flat with the seat so the whole unit is easily stored away. Moreover, the entire item turns upside down and becomes a seat which you can also use for your gardening. Is sturdy and well built yet light enough to easily carry around. As a bonus it comes with two removable, canvas side pockets which you can use to place extra tools in although I doubt I will use these as it would just add weight to the kneeler and make it a little harder to carry around but I am sure many people would like that feature. Got this for my mom since she is a big gardener. It's so easy to use and you don't have to build it either. Super sturdy and the padding is comfortable. I do wish that the little pockets could clip onto the frame but all in all, very nice!!

I think this is a must have for gardening, weeding, pruning, etc. It's a small price to pay to save your knees and back. Seriously. I found it to be very sturdy and easy to maneuver. And, it is super light! I also love that you can fold it up and store it away. I'm in my 50's but honestly, if this was around in my 30's, I would have bought it. It can be helpful for any age. You only get one back and one pair of knees. Take care of them! Trust me! I'm also going to order one for my mom who is in her mid 70's. No brainer! ... show more

I'm 70 years old, tall and rather big, with a medical history that makes the thought of kneeling in the gras or dirt and rising again unbearable. Tell you --- hardly ever does a consumer good re-empower its user as Garden Kneeler does me. Now pulling weeds is FUN! I work an hour with no strain, heft myself erect with ease, then flip the platform side up to serve as a bench. The device is lightweight, a breeze to carry, and sturdy enough for a big guy. It should never need folding except for storage, either. Your Garden Kneeler will repay its cost by the second day of use, for all the more work that it enables you to do in comfort. The welds look good. Seems sturdy and all. Easy to stand from the kneeling position. Good seat although don't lean back or you're going over. But... the two 'tool bags' were not in the box. Wahh, boo-hoo. I was hoping to use them for holding beers in the hot summer sun. [:^(
