This stuff works, and even smells nice! Like, I went through no less than 5 different brands from a local place and just couldn't get the level of pink that I had dreamt of having for decades. I hadn't heard of Arctic Fox before, and saw a couple of Reddit posts in various hair care subreddits that recommended the brand. Found them on Amazon and the price wasn't terrible. Y'all, I _cried_ tears of joy when I first looked in the mirror. It was just amazing to see my favorite color infused in hair that I had lamented the color of for decades. And it stuck around! It barely faded after the first shower. I learned to take cooler showers when washing my hair (also started using Arctic Fox's shampoo+conditioner just to be safe), and I've been able to keep the pink color going for literally months. The only thing that fades this color are my roots. I know it may seem like a bit much to call a hair dye "life changing" but it genuinely has been for me. I've been using this virgin pink dye for over two years now, and my pink hair has helped define who I am. Just recently (3 years is still "recent") went through gender transition, and this dye has given me hair that's as iconic as Super Saiyan Blonde. It brightens my day to see every morning, even two months later when my roots have grown an inch or two. Even as I type this review, I'm excited because my girlfriend is gonna help me "recharge the pink" today. It's legit been two months since we last did it, and it's still stupidly bright. I have many colors of artic fox. The sunset orange I bought here was a little too red but still did the job for me daughter's sunset effect but I've bought purple AF and aquamarine for my inlet daughter and now I'm using them myself. The green is from manic panic Venus envy because artic fox phantom green didn't do the job for me... but currently I have purple AF, aquamarine, manic panic Venus green and it's hard to tell but in my hair I put I teeny but if virgin pink but it mixed with the aquamarine to give this pink dominate purple hue which is exactly what I was going for so I added an extra layer color depth to my hair. I'm good about helping my kids achieve unique qualities. I'm second child loved doing the 4 different shades in her color scheme. Usually blue, dark blue, purple, and she's went from red to green. OMG! The turn it in her hair. My youngest daughter had a rainbow in her hair now it's a sunset. These colors are amazing! To say the least... I decided I liked the green even though it's not my top 3 but blue and purple are. I don't like pink but I was going for a galaxy plan. I thought a teeny weeny pink would work. It mixed with the blue on top but it still is a nice shade of purple that ads more depth to the hair color. I'm happy with the torn out every time for all 3 of us. I'm a licensed hairstylist and this is THE BEST red I have ever used. I've used pravana, redkin, manic panic, you name it I've used it. This beats them all, semi, demi and permanent, this is by far the most pigmented and longest lasting. Some things you should know before using. This is a semi permanent. That means it is not mixed with a developer so it doesn't have the lifting properties of a color with developers. You will want to pre lighten your hair before using this. Most people think you have to get it white blond but you usually don't unless you're going for pastels. I suggest studying the color wheel. I lifted mine to only a level 6 orangy red before applying Wrath. It's going to bleed when you wash your hair no matter what you use. But I suggest cold water and a color safe shampoo anyway, and an old or dark towel The pics I've attached are a whole 2 months after I colored my hair. First one is inside 2nd is in sunlight. I wash my hair 2 or 3 time a week. Gonna use the Transylvania when I finally decide to go back to black. ... show more
