I purchased for my 5 & 6 yr. old grandkids and it is way to big for them. It's more for an adult. They looked at me like I was nuts. This is too big for that age group. It is solid and we Love it. In a few years they will be able to use it.

First of all Scooter and Scooter design and seller seller are great . Customer service is awesome . Coming to bike it’s an eye catcher and my kids love it. All colony kids are after and my neighbors also bought it after seeing ours . Bike is lite but sturdy and very big and yet easily maneagable . Only thing is when you move legs around the bike the black plastic which protects you from touching the tyres may have sharp edges . Which we later soften it . Adults too can enjoy and it for sure requires some assembly time ... show more

Updated review as of 12/30/22 Seller responded to my concerns quickly and provided excellent customer service to remedy and address the issues present with the scooter. Within 4 days of contact, seller had sent out a replacement. When unboxed it was found to be in perfect, pristine condition, without any scuffs, markings or chips in the paint that had been present on the first scooter received. It assembles pretty easy with the tools that ARE included (although they were not present in the original scooter package I had received) and feels sturdy once put together. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and would consider purchasing from this brand at another point in time. I believe that the first item I received that I originally reviewed, must have slipped past their quality control. I do not think that it was sold and shipped purposefully to deceive the buyer. It was a mistake on their end, that they remedied as fast as they possibly could, with great concern for my overall experience with their company. Original review: Scooter was easy to assemble and seems pretty sturdy. I gave one star at the moment, but will update this review once seller responds to my concerns. When taken out of box to assemble, there were several areas with noticeable paint chippings, almost as if it was purchased, returned, and I got the used item. I also noticed that they were scuff marks along the rear tire rim, like it was used. Also when inflating the rear tire to proper PSI, it would pop out of the rim, which is a concerning safety issue with a product that is supposed to be new.     • Do you like it when the frame drags on the ground?

Where do I start? Brake levers are reversed compared to standard bicycle, fixed that. Rear brake cable is exposed to scraping on the ground, rerouted it. Kick stand scrapes on the ground, removed it and ground off the mounting tab. Handlebar clamp bends and requires frequent tightening, will eventually fail entirely. BUT THE BIGGEST PROBLEM: The frame is not holding up to it's 90# rider. It bent severely where the down tube meets the deck and the front of the deck was almost to the ground. I bent it back and spent a couple of hours welding gussets on to stabilize the joint. But it was all for naught. The entire deck is bending in an arc and will soon be touching the ground. This scooter is a gift for my grandson. I opened the scooter a month after it arrived. The scooter came quickly, box was perfect, and the scooter was packaged securely and safely. the only issue we had was we received two wheels the same size. I was worried about the month of not opening for return. I had nothing to worry about. Not only are they sending me a new scooter, but I don't need to return the first scooter. The back brake was completely apart and no instructions to reassemble. The parts were all over the box. Didn't even let my daughter ride it yet and already put duck tape to keep the rear brake line from rubbing against the front wheel. All in all not a very well designed as had hoped.
