I am very specific about pans. Frying pans have to have a handle that stays cool, which this one has. When they are nonstick then food should come right out of the pan, and it does with this pan. But my biggest requirement for frying pans is that they need to sit level on the stove burner. This one does not. The handle is heavier than the pan. So when I set the pan down to heat it up on the burner, it doesn't sit evenly like it should. The handle causes the pan to lift up on the side opposite the handle, which causes the pan to be unevenly heated. For ground meat, this is not such a big deal. However, if are braising ribs, chicken, or something with larger portions, then this is a very big deal. Some of the food does not get cooked with the same consistency as the rest, and that can lead to all kinds of issues. I like the pan, but it will just be a browning sausage for pasta pan. I really don't understand why the handle wouldn't be as light weight as the pan. ... show more

I really the size and the depth of this skillet. It doesn't stick so far. It's not a heavy duty skillet so I figure it probably won't last a real long time. Overall though, I like it well enough and it's not too expensive.

I used this pan to cook some scrambled eggs and it was mostly non-stick... there were some remnants and 1 spot that I had to scrub a little more than the rest, but overall it was much better than the majority of the old pans I have! I am not sure how long it will stay non-stick, so I would not recommend it to anyone who cooks a lot, but it works for me! (I am not a great cook and do not cook often, so I do not have a lot to compare to). ... show more

This pan looks really nice and feels high quality. However there was a prop 65 CA warning for levels of lead and cadium. I know the warning is in everything and I typically ignore it, however my sister will not use the pan. I still do though and so far it's doing a great job keeping my food slick and easy to move around! ... show more

I like how deep it is, it’s a nice depth for a 10 inch pan. It’s non stick, the handle feels secure and it’s lightweight. It being so lightweight can make it feel like it’s lesser quality. This may not be the case at all, time will tell.

This is a fair pan for the price. It has a good no stick surface, and works well. I could tell by it's weight though, it is probably not going to last long. It is super light-weight. This is not going to be a pan that heats evenly at higher temps. But it's about the right price for what it is.

Tested it out today, scrambled eggs, great test for the nonstick coating, the pan performed great, the eggs literally fell out of the pan after cooking. The problem I have is that the pan itself seems very thin, lightweight, seems it may be easy to ding or bend, however the nonstick coating on pans usually wears out before the pan itself so it shouldn't be a big deal overall. ... show more
