Usually I have a hard time with the bubbles, but the instructions from YouTube make it so easy to use. The video and the pieces that come with the screen protector help with the alignment of positioning of how and where to put it one the Amazon Fire 10 tablet. I’ve had the screen protector on for a while now and it works nicely. Definitely durable. I’ll use the second when I need to. I received product in a nice insulated box. Instructions in the box had picture of generic drawn phone as an example. It was pretty straightforward, clean, use wipes, then clean with the provided tape again. Screen protector is pretty thick and doesn't appear to harm the touch sensitivity. My only complaint would be I wish it was 1mm shaved off all around to fit easier. Had one corner that did not fit in the bezel, causing screen protector not to stick on that corner. I used hair dryer and pushed it in with my nail slightly and it finally fit snug. Doesn't appear to be affected by kidz tablet case which is great. Not bad, I would recommend it. ... show more

*UPDATE* Customer service reached out to me about my experience. They were amazing and sent me a new pack in case my original pack was a quality issue. With the new pack, I did get a spec of dust after cleaning it somehow so the first one was my fault. The second went on a lot smoother but I did notice one of the bubbles that remained was in one of the same spots as the first one, the top right corner. It was a lot better than the first pack though and I was able to make it just about the size of a dime. *ORIGINAL* I followed the video on YouTube and still couldn’t get the bubbles out. I wasted both of them repeatedly trying to make it smooth. There was no dust, no residue. What a waste of money. ... show more
