I've pressed over 2 thousand cups with this press and have not had any issues! Glass, stainless, etc and zero issues. It is easy to operate and presses consistently every time. The shipping was fast and I used it right out of the box.

    • Sublifun will not help with defective product
I had to buy this twice because my first one didn’t work right. The heating element would not stay at the temperature set. I have emailed Sublifun for instructions on how to return at least 5 times all about a month in between each email and no one responds to help. It’s impossible to find their return address online. The Sublifun company does not appear to honor the quality of their own product. ... show more
