This new model 16x20 lower platen pulls out 5.5". The new pull out function makes loading unloading super easy. The silicon rubber base is now lightly down for purpose of future replaement. This heat press is compact and is an upward-opening model, which saves space. Update!!! Purchased 7/23 and stopped heating in 9/24! I did purchase the Asurion warranty, and have filed a claim. Definitely should have lasted longer than this. It was great while it lasted, just needed it to last a lot longer. I upgraded from a 15x15 swing away to this. LOVE that the tray pulls out. The heat seems more accurate and even with this one, as I've had less scorching and ghosting with my sub prints. I wish I would have started off with this one. ... show more

This heat press is a dream come true. For the price, I couldn’t ask for anything better! It worked the minutes I used it but the next day the nob to change the pressure wouldnt turn so I could adjust it. I calle customer service and they instructed me to put WD-40 on the nob so it would turn. When I did that it turned like a charm and I was able to press my shirts again. I almost thought I had to send it back and that angered me, but I’m happy customer service was able to help me. One word of advice get a heat gun it’ll tell you exactly how hot the press it. I’ve noticed it wamrs up 20 degrees MORE than what the machine say but that’s no biggie. Most heat presses do the same thing!
