I’m in L-O-V-E with this heat press! I have the baby blue one. I was a bit apprehensive about buying this heat press due to the many complaints about pressure. I have used my machine in the last two weeks at least 15 to 20 times doing DTF’s on shirts or pressing images onto dishcloths, etc. I have had ZERO complaints about this particular heat press. I think it is a wonderful product and exactly what I needed for my home business. I believe the pressure is correct. The temperature is needed to be adjusted to what material is being pressed, but that is not unusual and the size is very nice. It is not huge or chunky or hard to maneuver . I love the slide out tray! It makes loading and unloading my materials so much easier. Back in October, I had bought a clam shell 15 x 24 press and I regretted it after messing with it about six different times times and the heat was very uneven and hard to load and unload materials. I tried getting my money back on that heat press and the company just hee-hawed around about wanting me to send it back so that I could get my money back. Unfortunately, I still have it, but it is not being used. If someone were to ask me , should I get this heat press for my small home business projects or crafts, I would definitely say YES. It presses evenly, heats evenly, is easy to place materials, and the instructions on how to set it up are very easy. iIt will even shut off on its own after 10 minutes of non-use , so you are not accidentally burning down your house. Just buy it you’ll love it!!! I bought to start a small business and it’s great for the price, it heats up pretty quick, and just overall easy to use. doesn’t take up to much space and pretty quite, was a little worried about the pressure people kept complaining about but I haven’t had an issue!!!!! I found the auto heat press easy to use. I customized one of the settings for sublimation, one for dtf and one for vinyl. It's so easy I have looked for new stuff to press. I have pressed shirts and doormats.

I have a clamshell heat press I use often. When I saw the idea to sublimate a cutting board, I tried it. unfortunately, the clamshell press does not have the ability to distribute pressure on thicker items. I needed a heat press that press straight down. The sale on this one and good reviews had me buy it for a small craft fare. This worked great for ornaments, kitchen towels, cutting boards. To be fair, I had several failures but a ton more successes. Because it was my first time using it, some of the failures could have been me or it could have been the machine. I did lose 3 cutting boards due to bad transfer. At $8 each, it is not a small loss. So, next time I will make sure I am not in a rush so I don't have fall out. ... show more

    • Poor packaging the first time
My first press that arrived came in a shipping box only. No support for the machine at all. Of course it came broken and was missing the teflon sheet was not included. Sent that one back and the second one came in the correct package with the Teflon sheet but no instructions. The press works fine. One downfall…hooded sweatshirts won’t fit with the hood…you have to turn them sideways. ... show more

I bought this in order to get some large orders down quicker, I also have the shell heat press and wanted the next best thing. It heats very well and the automatic press feature is a dream. I didn’t know that it came with a 15x15 pad, so I ordered an extra one…which came handy because I use two to get an even firmer press. I have only had it for 2 weeks so I haven’t noticed any negatives yet. I will update as I use it. ... show more
