Press arrived in about 8 days once it shipped. It was easy to put the stand together. You will need help lifting the machine to place it on the stand. The installation process took about(2hrs if you count two store runs)the materials used cost less than$80(plug,wire,etc) I've been using the press for about a week, it works perfectly. Do not buy this heat press from the seller. I have not had my heat press long and the press is shooting out sparks from the unit. I ask the seller to replace the part and still they refuse to assist or give my money back. I am not happy with the unit at all. Also the fan in the unit never shut off. When i contacted them they gave me the wrong email address so that I could not contact them. I had to keep sending request to them through Amazon. ... show more

I have no complaints. The heat is even, it works perfectly. I use it for sublimation. It looks even better in person than as advertised. It comes with a teflon sheet attached as well as a premium mat on the press.

This big baby gets the job done. Just keep in mind that you will need an electrician to do electrical work before you can use it. *Update**** The timer and the sound no longer work. All of a sudden the the countdown and the sound that lets you know it’s time to open the press stop working. Be aware that the machine is flaw and will stop operating correctly. I have to now use my phone timer to let me know when to open the machine. For the amount of money spent this should not be happening it haven’t even been 6months and it’s already broke ... show more

Order this press because I started doing allover sublimation prints. I was in a pinch and needed one as soon as possible and after seeing a few people using what seemed to be the same exact press I went with this model. I say "it seemed to be the same exact press" because evidently they can and do come from different factories in China and each does things differently. I've been using it a few times a week over the past 3 or 4 weeks and so far so good. Heats up really fast, maintains and somewhat consistent temp, though some areas of the heating element are cooler then other, I use a infrared thermometer to check. I'm not going to be super picky on what I got because I knew what I was getting into when I got it. The 2 pressure adjustments work. You me need a small leveler to make sure you have them the same height. Delivery was right on time like they said. Assembly was straight forward though you will need help to lift the heating element. I wish and suggest that they put spring cover protectors over the springs just incase they were to break under the pressure/ tension. The slide out function helps alot when loading. The press I got is set to Celsius not Fahrenheit and I don't know how to change it over. As they state you have to have an electrican install it which seem simple though I think more information about the electrical portion of the press should be added the so called instructions. I assume anyone looking to get a press like this has experience and understands what they are getting into when they purchase a press like this.. This is not a geoknight or any other top brand so don't expect that.. As of now 3 Nov2021 it works fine and depending on your needs and plans it's definitely worth the purchase. It will pay for itself in no time. If anything changes I'll be sure to let you know. JAN 2023 update. The press is still holding up good. It truly been a workhorse. I guess after 2 years of almost daily use thr protective covering over the wires (check new pics) rubbed bare and exposed the wires which casuse a huge spark, thankfully the breaker tripped and I didn't get shocked. I would suggest checking the section of wire that come from the control panel and goes into the heating element and even put heat shrink or electrical tape over it to prevent this.
