The media could not be loaded. Update 09/2024: 1 year and 3 months and the machine no longer works correctly. Error code and shuts off if heating past 320 degrees F. After over an hour working with cricut tech support they were unable to fix it and will not honor the 1 year warranty since I am 3 months past. Unfortunately another very expensive machine with a very short life and more money gone to purchase another press. The only help they would off is 10% off buying a new machine. Very unfortunate. Purchased this heat press after a negative experience with another popular brand (cheaper, auto press that broke after 1 month) I recommend doing research and determining if an automatic heat press vs traditional is better for you (tons of YouTube videos to help you decide before spending the money) Pros: It is easy to close, just a gentle press down and it will do the rest. It will automatically open when finished. Nice, sleek design. Can be stored upright if needed which is great if you’re needing to store it when not in use. The separate pad to adjust heat and time makes it quick to adjust settings and you can save 4 presets to change between easily. This heat press heats to temp in just 1-2 minutes. Comes with press pillow. The top is cool to touch with the use of a fan (which is pretty loud just fyi). You can also press thick items which you can’t always do with traditional clamshell heat presses and that is an added bonus. Also has an auto shut off after not using. Cons: you cannot adjust the pressure since it’s automatic. I actually use an extra press pillow to create more pressure when pressing items such as baby onesies. Originally wasn’t sure if the temp was accurate but I have been setting it to the recommended heat settings for my vinyl and it seems to be fine, some times I still increase it by 10-20 degrees when needed. Other notes: The heat press weights >50 pounds. Set up was easy- you will need to plug the usb into your computer first to set up. Took less than 10 minutes to unbox and do my first press. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and feel this was a good option for my small business. Will update if any issues arise. ... show more

It worked great so far. Ive only used it once. My other heat press(tussy) is 15 by 15 so with this one being 12 by 15, I had to turn my shirt side ways for it to fit. I read reviews and some say theirs stopped working after a year, so I purchased a 3 year warranty just incase. I'm liking it so far. It was easy to use and set up. My craft room is white so I like that it's white also,it looks really nice with my decor. Not that it matters,but I like that. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Cricut autopress is set it and forget machine. The functionality of this machine is to die for. I can't imagine life without it now. I love the way it just pops open when it's done. It's amazing! Fascinating everytime. Truly a remarkable machine. Highly recommended.

I love the auto press because it takes away the pressure variability if using the other Cricut press. I rated this a 4 because Amazon gave me a dud the first time and I had to go through Cricut to get a replacement - a process that you need to be on top of and could take a bit of time. But Cricut was very helpful and shipped me a new one once they saw that the other one wasn’t working. They didn’t want the other machine back so,,,, i have a dud (very heavy dud) in my garage. ... show more

La maquina la vende Amazon, proveedor otro y en condicion nueva. La adquiri porque deseaba dar un paso mas a la creacion de objetos personalizados. Su caracteristica unica de automatizacion y el diseño me hicieron mucha ilusion. La compre el 20 de Julio, llego el 16 de Agosto y desde entonces tratando de configurar el pod. Una vez se configuro, se conectaba a la maquina y no funcionaba, ni siquiera prendia el pod. Se contacto al soporte de Cricut, los cuales son muy amables, pero no encontraban el error. Al hacer todos los pasos y no tener solucion, me sugieren contactar el servicio al cliente de Amazon y solicitar devolucion o reembolso porque el producto esta dañado. Tuve que incurrir en costos de transporte, nacionalizacion y de nuevo transporte para la devolucion por un producto que solo se ve bonito. Muy decepcionada y triste con la experiencia. ... show more
