My family LOVES this trampoline. They all feel like it is so much bouncier than our other trampolines. Historically, we would buy used trampolines and replace them every couple of years as parts wear out. This is by far the most bouncy, sturdy, and fun. I love the warranty on it as well. We are definitely hoping to keep this one for the next ten years. I bought this particular trampoline for the weight limit and because it had some rave reviews of the customer service. All of the good reviews are true. When we were opening the boxes, we used a box cutter and accidentally cut through the box and into the blue pad (let that be a warning to you when you open it). There weren’t any warnings on the box about how to open it, so I contacted customer service figuring that they probably wouldn’t help us since it happened when we opened it. Luckily, they offered to send us a new pad and all I had to do was pay for shipping!!! I am extremely happy with this purchase thus far. ... show more

My three kids (10, 9, and 8) love this trampoline. They are on it constantly and I rarely have to encourage them to go outside anymore. I would also highly recommend getting the basketball hoop. The customer service team is also fantastic. We had an issue with one of the parts, and Donna was very responsive, professional, and knew exactly what we needed.     • Great quality but poor stakes
I originally thought I had received the wrong legs for this 10ft trampoline. Tuns out I was just aligning it incorrectly an not overlapping segments. My fault. Everything about this trampoline is great, minus the stakes to secure it to the ground. They are thin metal stakes with no point on the tips to aid in driving into the ground. All 3 of mine hit a hard spot in the soil and just bent into oblivion. I suggest coming up with your own method to secure the legs, such as some rope and the kind of anchors that screw into the ground. ... show more
