It has been little over a year, since I bought the product. 12 feet. Assembly was simple, was done in about 1 hour, 2 people. Bounce and product quality is good and my kid really loved it. My kid and his friends use it pretty often and have lot of fun !! Personally for me the cost was worth every penny, since I hear kids smiles and laughs every day in summer. All good until now, and here comes the best part......, this is where the companies makes a difference. CUSTOMER SERVICE One of the pole snapped because of couple of kids bumping into it from trampoline. I was trying to find a replacement part, could not find on Jumpzylla website , so contacted thier customer service. I thought since I was out of warranty, the service will try to sell me expensive parts and I was prepared to pay as I like kids to continue to have fun. To my surprise the customer rep asked about problem, how it happened, pictures and details. Once they analyzed it, they recommend a new trampoline as it might not be safe for kids, which I thought was a stretch to be honest. Thought I have to purchase a new trampoline again, but nope, it was on the HOUSE !!! Cannot believe in this day and age, we have a company that values its customers and takes time to know about thier product and continues to improve the product while keeping current customers satisfied. I did a LOT of research on trampolines before I made the decision on the 14 foot Jumpzylla trampoline. Best decision! This trampoline is of great quality and I cannot praise enough about the company itself. The trampoline was easy to assemble (two people, first time installers). Everything was great, the trampoline was amazing - great quality, good bounce, safe. Lo and behold, we had a crazy Michigan storm come through and after only having the trampoline for a little over a month, I watched it soar over the fence into the neighbors yard where it hunkered down through the rest of the storm nestled against the tree. (The wind stakes it came with WERE used, however did not withstand the winds unfortunately.) Post storm evaluation - the damage wasn’t near as bad as I’d expected, however the replacement parts showed “Sold Out” on the Jumpzylla website. I contacted Jumpzylla directly through their site, inquiring how I could order replacement parts and explained the situation. A few back and forth emails (great communication), and they sent me a whole replacement trampoline! What kind of service is that?! I was more than willing to pay for replacement parts, but my gosh they went far over and above my expectations - and we are so thankful! You don’t find companies like Jumpzylla these days. The new trampoline is up, and we’ve invested in some very heavy duty (screw into the ground with a drill) wind stakes - just in case our weather decides to do something crazy again. My recommendations are.. 1. BUY THIS TRAMPOLINE 2. Get the “Force Majeure Warranty” through Jumpzylla 3. Invest in some heavy duty wind stakes 4. Bounce away! ... show more

Not being good at guessing size, I bought the 16 foot trampoline. It’s HUGE. If you have a lot of kids using it, then that’s perfect. It was fairly easy to put together but definitely requires two people. The springs are the hardest part. It seems sturdy and well made. It looks nice. Very pleased!

Great trampoline and easy to assemble! We did have issues with shipping. The box was severely broken and we denied the order from FedEx and had issues waiting for the refund. Meanwhile, we ordered again and the next box was also damaged but no parts were coming out of it.

This “jump-a-lean” as my daughter calls it is amazing. It is incredible what engineers can do, and this massive trampoline fits in a remarkable small box with very few overall parts. It is easy to assemble by yourself, and will not take too much time. This is the #1 yard toy, and the netting is very safe and secure across the bottom near the springs. You will not regret getting one, and your children will have something fun and healthy to do outside in the sun. Place a sprinkler underneath on a hot day, and enjoy some free time while the kids are occupied. We got the 14' version, because you want it to be big so you can enjoy it with them, and the price of the 16' version did not make too much sense. ... show more

This trampoline is easy to install. Is very high quality. Has provided hours of fun for my kids. The only issues we have had are some buckling on the poles for the net from my kids sliding down them as fire poles. But with jumpzylla's warranty, they sent us replacement poles very quickly. We even left it out all winter long in Michigan (I know, a no no) but it's still doing great. ... show more
