We didn't just want to design a large trampoline for kids, we wanted to design the best outdoor trampoline with enclosure your kid could ever dream of! Starting from this ambitious goal, the Jumpzylla team reverse engineered hundreds of similar products to understand where we can innovate and what we can perfect. We identified 3 key aspects: Delivery, Safety and, most importantly FUN! JUMPZYLLA - Innovation comes from caring! Every single part of our trampoline design has been carefully considered for your kid’s safety and the product life of your new backyard “fun central”. Perfecting the net meant an emphasis on safety so we decided to add extra high density material between curved poles. The entry point is marked by a double zipper buckle lock. You get a beautifully designed, easy to use luxury ladder with plastic covered steps for comfort. We made the jumping mat extra high density for the best spring and added a PVC Waterproof cover with rust proof coating on the frame and legs to keep the trampoline protected from the elements. The legs are reinforced for ideal stability. Our priority is keeping the safety design elements up to date with 2022 and beyond, we looked at every part of the trampoline. It has been little over a year, since I bought the product. 12 feet. Assembly was simple, was done in about 1 hour, 2 people. Bounce and product quality is good and my kid really loved it. My kid and his friends use it pretty often and have lot of fun !! Personally for me the cost was worth every penny, since I hear kids smiles and laughs every day in summer. All good until now, and here comes the best part......, this is where the companies makes a difference. CUSTOMER SERVICE One of the pole snapped because of couple of kids bumping into it from trampoline. I was trying to find a replacement part, could not find on Jumpzylla website , so contacted thier customer service. I thought since I was out of warranty, the service will try to sell me expensive parts and I was prepared to pay as I like kids to continue to have fun. To my surprise the customer rep asked about problem, how it happened, pictures and details. Once they analyzed it, they recommend a new trampoline as it might not be safe for kids, which I thought was a stretch to be honest. Thought I have to purchase a new trampoline again, but nope, it was on the HOUSE !!! Cannot believe in this day and age, we have a company that values its customers and takes time to know about thier product and continues to improve the product while keeping current customers satisfied. This “jump-a-lean” as my daughter calls it is amazing. It is incredible what engineers can do, and this massive trampoline fits in a remarkable small box with very few overall parts. It is easy to assemble by yourself, and will not take too much time. This is the #1 yard toy, and the netting is very safe and secure across the bottom near the springs. You will not regret getting one, and your children will have something fun and healthy to do outside in the sun. Place a sprinkler underneath on a hot day, and enjoy some free time while the kids are occupied. We got the 14' version, because you want it to be big so you can enjoy it with them, and the price of the 16' version did not make too much sense. ... show more

We bought the 16 ft model. When it arrived in beat up boxes, we were skeptical. We were pleasantly surprised that all the pieces were intact and we were able to assemble it with no problem. The only issue we had was that the net had holes in it, obvisouly caused by the shipping abuse. When we messaged the company through Amazon, they reached out to us within 24 hours. We sent photos of both the shipping boxes and the damage to the net. They sent us a replacement net within a week. Great customer service and a great product. Highly recommend! ... show more

The issue I had was the packaging. When this box was delivered it was mangled and put back together looks like at least twice it opened and was fixed. Some of the boxes with the hardware were open from being mangled. Springs were everywhere. I deducted a star for that reason and that reason only because it seems to be a pattern. They need to get stronger boxes and make it easier for transportation. The trampoline. I purchased the 14ft red & black option for $489. Instructions were easy to understand and it took me about 1.5 hours to put together. I did get help. It is a 2 man job but 1 will do if that’s all you have. It was not hard at all. The trampoline itself it is nice. Easy bounce and could hold me, my husband and two children without bending in too far. The net is average it’s not very thick but it does serve its purpose. I do like the rounded posts. 14ft is the perfect size if you have children that like space when moving around. My son has asd and that was important to me. I think if you have more than one child 10ft and up is your best bet. The protectors of the posts are flimsy I do think I’ll have to replace them after time. I also like the maintenance and safety section it did inform me quite a bit on proper safety measures and maintenance they include. It gave me the option to get a free gift. A basketball net or a sprinkler. I filled out the survey for a trampoline sprinkler. I will come back to let you know if I actually received it. That will definitely make me feel better about the price lol. I will say I do feel it was worth the extra money for a nicer, sturdier, safer and fun trampoline. I did do a lot of research before purchasing a trampoline. Yes you can find them at a fraction of the cost but jumpzylla is the highest recommended for safety. I found it hard to find helpful reviews though because the size was not listed and some people based their reviews on shipping issues with the box being mangled like myself. If you are like me adding multiple trampolines to your cart considering size, price, ratings and taking forever to purchase because you want to shop around. I would go for this one. This trampoline is easy to install. Is very high quality. Has provided hours of fun for my kids. The only issues we have had are some buckling on the poles for the net from my kids sliding down them as fire poles. But with jumpzylla's warranty, they sent us replacement poles very quickly. We even left it out all winter long in Michigan (I know, a no no) but it's still doing great. ... show more
