Great value for a safe trampoline

Got the unit for my kids for Christmas. Didn't get to put it together until we started having nice weather. I had some questions about assembly and various pieces. The seller was extremely helpful and responsive and even went as far as to draw additional diagrams and make explanatory videos to answer
my questions. My kids love the unit and I'm extremely pleased with the customer service I received.

We love that this trampoline is big and has a higher weight limit so adults can join in too! We want to get a trampoline tent, but having trouble finding one for 16ft - only issue :)

This is a good quality trampoline! I had issues because the accessories were not shipped with it and I contacted the seller who was fast and responsive! Come to find out they ship that part separately to keep it from getting damaged which I think is fantastic of them just wish it was more clearly sta
ted somewhere to avoid all the confusions. But my kids are loving their new trampoline and all the accessories will be here in a few days for them to enjoy also so very highly recommended 👌

Great trampoline, even better company and customer service

We've been very pleased with the trampoline. It's very sturdy, has a heavy weight limit, and the kids love it. During a recent storm, it picked up the trampoline and put it in our neighbors yard. It had bent poles and some missing parts. I thought we were going to have to buy a new one but after cont
acting the company, they just sent me the parts needed to fix it. And they wouldn't let me pay for the parts or shipping. Which actually happened twice because I didn't give them the proper list needed the first time around. They were very responsive and helpful, and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this company and their offerings.

Lights have to be plugged in

Trampoline was very easy to set up. My daughter and I put it together in 3 hours. Comes with a package of non slip socks in different sizes. However the lights that it came with have to be plugged in. So unless you plan on running an extension cord to the trampoline, they are useless.

Sprinkler broke the 2nd use

It was a good purchase other than accessories. Sprinkler broke after the 2nd use. Amazon will not let me work with company directly to correct issue. So I guess it’s just broke.

I purchased this trampoline a couple days before Christmas for Christmas. I thought it was going to be late. Not only was it on time but it was early. I had a couple pieces missing I contacted the seller the sent out replacements right away. My kids love it. It’s sturdy enough for even my adult kids.

Boxes came late but overall I’m satisfied with the trampoline, easy to assemble. An the excitement in my daughters eyes says it was well worth the wait. Had a problem an Amazon was quick to get to the problem and solved it

Good Quality/Missing Parts/Poor Instructions

Product was estimated for delivery on June 7th-10th. Seller messaged on June 3rd to let me know details and that was nice touch. It was delivered on June 12th, so a bit late but not a big deal. However, items were missing that were shown in picture and description. Description included lights, remote
socks and picture shows sprinkler system. None of those were in the box. The instructions are really bad and don't properly show connections and describes long and short screws both as short screws (numbering system was correct though). Overall it was not that difficult to install so getting past the poor instructions was ok. Messaged seller and I see other comments suggesting it is not what is shown so wanted to post this so other buyers would be aware of the problem. Will update if seller responds and sends missing items. Update : Spoke to Customer Service and the additional parts were sent in separate package. This arrived a couple days later. So, overall the product met my expectations
