We've had a trampoline for years that we bought used. It was only weighted to 220 pounds. Which as the kids got older, became an issue for them and their friends to use. So, we got this one because our teenagers and several of their friends could all use it. And we couldn't be happier!!! They've had so much fun on it, especially playing basketball! It was fairly easy to put together, especially if you count the rings and springs as suggested. One thing I was a little frustrated about was that it didn't come with the lights, sprinkler, or socks. I contacted the company a couple of days after it was delivered to inquire about the accessories. I received an immediate response and was told those items ship separately and was given a tracking number! And sure enough, they were delivered the next day!! The customer service received is why I've been recommending this company to everyone! Customer service seems to be dwindling this day and age. Product was estimated for delivery on June 7th-10th. Seller messaged on June 3rd to let me know details and that was nice touch. It was delivered on June 12th, so a bit late but not a big deal. However, items were missing that were shown in picture and description. Description included lights, remote socks and picture shows sprinkler system. None of those were in the box. The instructions are really bad and don't properly show connections and describes long and short screws both as short screws (numbering system was correct though). Overall it was not that difficult to install so getting past the poor instructions was ok. Messaged seller and I see other comments suggesting it is not what is shown so wanted to post this so other buyers would be aware of the problem. Will update if seller responds and sends missing items. Update : Spoke to Customer Service and the additional parts were sent in separate package. This arrived a couple days later. So, overall the product met my expectations ... show more

This trampoline is a must buy. It is high quality, durable and good-looking. My 9 year old grandson and his friends have lots of fun with the basketball hoop. I love the colorful lights that comes with it. It even has a water hose. Buy it. You will not be disappointed.

Overall seems like a sturdy trampoline. Putting it together yourself in 2 hours...not so much. It took 2 strong guys about 3 hours. A few things to note: the accessories (lights, socks, etc) did not show up with it. I sent a message to the seller and they said that part was out of stock and would automatically ship when it came in that week-and it did. HOWEVER I'm a bit concerned that multiple other people had the same experience. It feels sketchy. Also, I'm not happy that I have to buy a separate cord or solar charger for the lights. It does not state that they were included BUT I thought it was an all inclusive thing. Now I have to chase down accessories to make it work. So overall sturdy, works great, love the high weight limit... But I question their integrity a bit. ... show more

I bought the trampoline last year and have been very happy with it thus far, there were a couple of parts that were faulty by design however after reaching out to the seller/manufacturer they were quick to follow up with me and provide a solution with replacement parts at no cost. We bought this product for Christmas so we received it and didn’t put it together until Christmas Day. I ordered it so my husband didn’t realize it should have extra accessories. It didn’t come with lights, hose or socks. Now it’s all together and kids are loving it but I kind of felling jipped. The company reached out and fixed this by sending the accessories. Update- it is March and it looks like this. I am willing to accept that this might not be companies fault and weather/kids/ hoop but didn’t hold up well and you can’t find replacement parts. I wish I looked at that before I bought. Make sure the company you buy from sells replacement parts. This would be an easy fix if I could swap that pole out. ... show more
