I purchased this trampoline (12') for my 4 year old grandson and we are in Florida. For the week I have had it - it has been through rain, wind, sun and different weights. This trampoline comes in one well packaged box. The box is heavy and it is 59" long, 23" wide and 7 1/2" deep. It comes with easy to read directions - with words and pictures. There is a link for an installation video if need and all there links to find/ contact them if needed. The frame cover, net and mat are just folded in the box. The springs come in two different boxes and they give you one extra. The plastic T-Connector are in there own package (flat cardboard with the see through plastic) and the Steel T- Connectors come in two boxes (4 in each box), All the hardware comes on a piece of cardboard with the see through plastic and everything is labeled - it also contains 2 spring pullers and the wrench needed. The poles for the side already have the foam covers on them but are in two pieces. They just push together with buttons and the buttons pop out when in place. It does come with a two step ladder that only rests on the frame (little curves to hold it on). You do have to watch the ladder if the trampoline moves it comes loose. Also I think you have to have your own screwdriver to put the screws in the ladder. I've put trampolines together before so I had the legs, frame and 4 springs hooked to the mat before my husband and sons got home from work to help. It is very easy to put together. The frame is well made with heavy duty steel and the springs are strong. But the legs are a little on the scary side. They are a cheaper metal and snap together with the buttons, so I've been keeping an eye on them as different people jump. So far so good. We have had my 40 pound grandson and me 5'3" , 110 pounds on it together. Then my 6'2", 220 pound son and grandson on it, then my other son 6'1" 160 pounds and grandson on it and it has held up. It does make a lot of squeaking noise when jumping, but everything looks good. The plastic t- connectors hook to the top of the side poles and then there are fiberglass sticks that go in the top of the net to hook to the side poles (the fiberglass is 8 sticks, not one solid one to make it easy to assemble.) Once the net is on you do not hit the poles. The pad that covers the springs is easy to put on and is on the outside of the net. There is a warning sticker on it and the mat has there emblem on it. Important - there are little gaps on the inside of the net that small feet could slip through but a little on the hard side to do. The door comes with a zipper and clips to double secure it for safety. The only issue with the door is it doesn't open that wide and makes it hard to get in and out of - if you are bigger than a small 4 year old. Also in my box it had paper that I won a free trampoline sprinkler - I'll check that out later. Hope this review helps anyone looking to buy a trampoline. ... show more

We bought the 10’ round trampoline. We enjoy it a lot. It’s a well made product and sturdy. It came with written instructions which was easy to follow. I had to contact customer service because of a broken pole for the enclosure net. The broken pole was because of my carelessness and extremely cold weather. The company replied back promptly to help fix the issue. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I highly recommend this trampoline. It’s a well made product with great customer service. Trampoline was easy to put together and of good quality. My fiance messaged them asking how to order just the mat because he started a large burn pile and the ashes fell onto it making holes in it. The issue I had was the packaging. When this box was delivered it was mangled and put back together looks like at least twice it opened and was fixed. Some of the boxes with the hardware were open from being mangled. Springs were everywhere. I deducted a star for that reason and that reason only because it seems to be a pattern. They need to get stronger boxes and make it easier for transportation. The trampoline. I purchased the 14ft red & black option for $489. Instructions were easy to understand and it took me about 1.5 hours to put together. I did get help. It is a 2 man job but 1 will do if that’s all you have. It was not hard at all. The trampoline itself it is nice. Easy bounce and could hold me, my husband and two children without bending in too far. The net is average it’s not very thick but it does serve its purpose. I do like the rounded posts. 14ft is the perfect size if you have children that like space when moving around. My son has asd and that was important to me. I think if you have more than one child 10ft and up is your best bet. The protectors of the posts are flimsy I do think I’ll have to replace them after time. I also like the maintenance and safety section it did inform me quite a bit on proper safety measures and maintenance they include. It gave me the option to get a free gift. A basketball net or a sprinkler. I filled out the survey for a trampoline sprinkler. I will come back to let you know if I actually received it. That will definitely make me feel better about the price lol. I will say I do feel it was worth the extra money for a nicer, sturdier, safer and fun trampoline. I did do a lot of research before purchasing a trampoline. Yes you can find them at a fraction of the cost but jumpzylla is the highest recommended for safety. I found it hard to find helpful reviews though because the size was not listed and some people based their reviews on shipping issues with the box being mangled like myself. If you are like me adding multiple trampolines to your cart considering size, price, ratings and taking forever to purchase because you want to shop around. I would go for this one.
