    The 11002B is Great deserves 5 plus stars, the app deserves -0. Customer service you cannot talk to anyone, just E-mail, and no help with app.

      • Remote functions do not work. Support knows nothing about their own product.
    I purchased the grill in September and could not get the unit to pair to bluetooth. I've worked with Zgrill support since then and the person I've been working with doesn't even know what bluetooth is. She admits to not knowing anything about the app or how the grill works. Supposedly she is working with engineering and I've done everything they have asked, but they are clueless. It functions okay as a standalone pellet grill, but the remote features do not work. I really thought this would be an easy fix so I used the grill and now I can't return it. And if smoke flavor is important you won't get it here, stick with a coal/wood smoker. Its basically an outdoor oven. If you are determined to buy a pellet grill, I would recommend sticking with a brand name like Traeger that knows what they are doing. ... show more

    I really wanted to like this smoker. I had the Traeger pro already and wanted to step up my game in size. Otherwise roughly 300 ft.² more so I decided to purchase it after reading nothing but more in five star reviews on their website. However I hate it. It does not hold temperature. I can have it set to 450 for a hour and it will maybe hit 315 I’ve talk to support multiple times and they tell me that it is normal. I also left a review on their website and it was immediately filtered out because it was less than four stars. I noticed all they do is show the 4.9 and above stars, go check. Feel very misled.       • Reported short in wiring, sent video, no repair.
    The media could not be loaded. If you are expecting any kind of support after purchasing a Z Grill...don't. The temp on mine has jumped around since I got it. It is unusable. After a while, I figured out that they zip-tied the cable too tight before shipping it, and that caused a short in the cable that goes from the probe mounted inside the grill to the controller board on the front of the pellet hopper. After I figured that out, I sent them the video below, hoping they would replace the cable so my temp wouldn't jump around wildly every second. Nope. They send me a canned email response about the it taking 30-45 minutes for the grill to heat up and +-25 degree swings are normal. (Really? how about 50+ degree swings every second?) I wasted hundreds of dollars on this grill. I suggest buying a different brand. Don't pay a premium price for a broken pellet grill with no manufacturer support if it doesn't work. See attached video of Z Grill temp set at 160 degrees for smoking while grill temp display jumps around wildly. ... show more
