The media could not be loaded. It’s beautiful to look at, has instructions but don’t tell u really how to put it together. If it wasn’t for UTUBE I wouldn’t have made it. They don’t have a video. But there was a dude who put it together and had same one. Look for: “Mr. remotelife•, His video is “ “fandelier.” For this model he did it easy for me. I am a girl with little skills. First it comes with extra remote because the quality of the remote tells me it’s cheap and will not last. So they sent two. Same as led strip. I hope it’s a good thing. But it tells me it’s cheap. Looks. Expensive but cheap remote and it doesn’t comes with proper screws for mounting. Do u same ceiling mount. If u use a different one it might be too small. I recommend using it. I also recommend putting it together and have someone hold it up while u are on the ladder. It’s too heavy to walk up ladder. The crystal balls and glass is breakable so be careful. I recommend not taking off the plastic around the glass shade. Once u have it on the ceiling then peel it off. Remember put together first mount the bracket and hang. I recommend buying a plate for the ceiling to make it pop. I would buy again. I ordered silver but it has nickel finish around the top rim and bar neck. The silver is on the shade and holds the crystal balls. I hung it right so it quiet. Pretty and different. I put in office. It could go in a bedroom. The fan does cook great so it will cook u down. The light on it has 3 settings. U have to turn it off to shift to led, regular and the third option is both led and regular bulb type light. Led is best. The fan is heavy and expensive looking. I was a bit nervous about the installation but it went smoothly. I attached the crystal bulbs after the fan was hung up and found that process pretty easy. The results are breathtaking. The beauty of the chandelier would be enough for most, however coupled with the functionality of the retractable fan blades gives it a wow factor! If you’re on the fence - go for it! Well with the price!!! Oh as noted in other reviews it’s BRIGHT! As a result if you need more subtle lighting you’ll need to add a lamp. ... show more

I love the way it looks. Did not have it installed yet. But as I put the little hooks on the crystal phere I found 5 broken and chipped. I hope they replace them. Will wait for respond. I spent a lot of money on this light fan and I would love to keep it.

This Fan/ chandelier is absolutely beautiful, it’s the statement piece in the room. The only thing I don’t like is you can’t use the light without the fan. I can turn the light off while the fan is still going but I can’t turn the fan off and still use the light. Other than that, we love love love it. ... show more

For the price this ceiling fan is gorgeous. I have received comments from all my visitors..the invisible blades that's the bonus. two notes when the fan is on the crystal balls tend to cling and there's a small light that remains on even when light if switched off.

The light is absolutely gorgeous. The fan is hidden until used and is so strong. It is amazing. My husband did buy a longer rod because it is over our dining room table. You won't be disappointed.
