    • Awesome! Just what I wanted and needed.

This system fits perfectly in my Man-Cave/Bar/Den! Be sure to measure your space as this is a fairly large unit. The instructions for use are complicated and are written for someone who is already familiar with game systems like this, so just understand that most of the setup and game selection controls are done from the player one's position and controls. I have not yet found a volume control but I like the fact that the system does not make gaming sounds when idle or when no game is actually being played at the time. The fans are a little noisy for very quite environments but I just crank up the TV or music and I hardly hear them. NOTE: This unit weigh in at over 200 lbs! As such the delivery services may not actually deliver this fully assembled unit into your home, so plan accordingly to get it where you need it to be. It does not have casters or felt pads on the bottom, so I now have a nice deep and permanent gash in my hardwood floor from trying to move this system to my Den. I does have some with vinyl bumpers all around and some on the bottom though. Just be careful moving it around on wood flooring. Also , it needs to sit at least 4-6 in from a wall on the back side (account for this additional dimension in your space) as that is where the main power switch is located, at the bottom of the player one's side and you will not be able to get to it if you push the unit back all the way to the wall. The larger screen is very nice but can make some classic video games a bit more challenging to get use to with the extra screen game playing real-estate . The LEDs connected around the outside of the unit are very bright (can light up a dark room by themselves ) and I have not yet figured how to tone them down yet. I'm sure there is a way as they are the standard LED strip lighting commonly found everywhere. The included stools are cool, but I may invest in some more sturdy stools for others, fat asses like me, to use comfortably for extended periods of gaming (drinking, socializing and gaming ;p). The controls feel just like the standard arcade buttons, sticks and trackballs of old. The unit comes with two keys to access the internals and the included change bucket! :-) (turning that $$$$ feature on soon ;) ... show more

Got this a few years ago and kept meaning to leave a review. I was showing it off to some friends and it reminded me to write this. From the beginning before buying it the seller was very responsive. After looking at the game list there were a few games that were missing that I wanted. The seller added on the ROMs for the few extra games I wanted. On delivery the folks who delivered it were obviously associated with the company/seller. They set it up in my basement where I wanted it, fired it up to make sure it worked, and explained everything. Some of the buttons to switch games are a bit weird, but I just need to remember to get my label maker out one of these days to label them. Not an issue. A few days later I noticed the screen had a dead pixel and I contacted the seller soon after I got it. The screens were on back order, but eventually I got a new screen shipped to me. I think the seller said they would even send someone out to help replace it iirc. However, it was an easy switch. Overall I’d recommend getting this if you want a super cool addition to a game room or wherever. Buy with confidence. The seller/company is a stand up organization. ... show more

Excellent machine that makes you feel like you're in the arcades again. Had some issues with shipping, but I went through support and they were extremely helpful in making sure that it got delivered even if I did have to wait a bit longer.

They respond to messages very quickly (which is something you don't find too often on Amazon) and they are clearly focused on the needs and expectations of the customer. We appreciated that very much as we had delivery issues (we live in a remote area) and Mary Ann went above and beyond to help us find solutions. They really do mean "Commercial" with this unit, it is robust and would stand up to serious abuse. The sound and video quality are great. The joysticks, buttons, and trackballs are very high quality and will take you back to your youth playing the old school machines. It came in perfect condition and required no assembly other than putting on the optional leveler feet. Then it was just plug it in and play. On top of that the service from the company was outstanding. Less than 24 hours after ordering this here it was in my living room. Their driver worked late (9pm) to get it to me even after I told him he didn't need to. I live in the same metro area as their warehouse so don't expect this everywhere but the takeaway is that the overall attitude from them is very customer focused. ... show more

This table is extremely poor quality and broke in several places after the first week. They were going to replace it after service tech couldn’t fix it, but never followed through and now we are stuck with an expensive, broken table in our living room.

After I received my 4500 game unit, I was happy to learn how easy it was to be playing. This machine is very high quality and the joysticks are awesome. The cabinet is well built and the coin slot is a great feature. I use it for my own entertainment so I use the free play button to credit the machine. Awesome!! It comes with heavy duty levelers with sturdy rubber feet just in case your floor isn't quite level. > Brian and his team are 100% professional and courteous. The shipment had an issue along the way but I was kept in the loop the entire time. Sally called often enough to make sure I was informed and they provided me with a solution to make up for the shipping snafu. I am happy to write a glowing review of both the product and Creative Arcade. The delivery was well executed and professional as well.
