The media could not be loaded. It was missing a few screws, so i had to find some on my tool box to finish installation. Instruction are not thorough. Wiring is not for someone without experience installing ceiling fans. I can't get my remote to control my fan speed but i can live with that. Lights are not dimmable as the product description reads. Overall I'm happy enough with it where I'm keeping it. Does circulate air well and is extremely quiet. For the price is expect better instructions but I'm happy with it. ... show more

Thefan is pretty when up, however the instructions were horrible and when trying to view the video, he goes too fast and doesn't show everything on how to put it up or what is done with the wires or anything.

Light fixture was ok. The blingy balls did not match the contemporary design of the rods. The lights are extremely bright and can't be dimmed. The fan is perfect and flows wells with open and clsiiand complete quiet.
