I'm in love with this fan! I didn't realize it would cast bling on the walls, but it's a welcome addition in my bedroom. My son discovered the different levels of light by turning the light switch on and off quickly. I didn't see anything mentioned about it in the instructions. Although I can't tell that much of a difference in the six different levels of the fan speed, I can tell you it cools my large room down very quickly. It's pretty cool how it appears to be a light until you turn the fan on and the blades come out. I tried two fans before this one. I couldn't feel any air flow with them. And I'm glad I didn't because this is much prettier. Installation was so easy for me ... because I hired someone to put it up. 😂 ... show more

In the process of making the boys game room my “Babe Cave”! Of course, I needed a chandelier but this is Texas so I needed a ceiling fan. A few tips: the directions are minimal. My husband is not a DYI guy but managed to install it alone. The fan requires a 4 in fan bracket opening in the ceiling. Our house is 21 years old and had a 3.5 in opening. My husband fixed it easily. He had to cut away a little of the ceiling but the base covers it. Getting the screws to line up took a little elbow grease but we got it. I didn’t want something with a 1000 crystals i would have to put together or clean for that matter so this was a perfect solution. The three colors are pretty and the fan gives A LOT of air! We did have one piece of the insert that was missing and I immediately messaged Lily and she got all my necessary info and sent me a replacement piece. Took a little over a week to get here but she was very prompt in returning messages easy to work with , even checked in a time or too before it got here. I have 8ft ceiling so needed something that didn’t drop too far. It not completely flush but minimal drop rod. Overall, I love it and it’s so fancy for this mom of four boys that never has anything girly!! Did I mention it puts off A LOT of air! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The fan runs quietly and the light is bright. 4 stars instead of 5 because the description says there are multiple light settings (bright, natural, white) and there are not. There are multiple speeds on them fan, which is nice, and the remote came with a timer. We just installed it so it hasn't been long enough to see if the timer function works. I was surprised by the timer function and wonder if they sent the incorrect remote since I am missing the light options. However, the remote works. It is a really pretty fun and installation wasn't as horrible as some reviewers led me to believe. ... show more

This fandelier looks awesome. The fan moves plenty of air. It is also very quiet, even at the top speed. When it's done spinning, the blades retract so you don't see them at all. We did have to get used to the beep every time we change the light temperature. Wish there was a way to toggle it off. Also, wish the light remembered the last color temperature when turned on. These minor things aside, after a year and a half, we're still glad we got it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The fan is quiet and barely visible at all 3 speeds, no wobble. The 3 light brightness options are appropriate for our needs in the kitchen. The lights cast decorative images to the sides of the room from the crystals and the bottom light shades give a solid light to surfaces directly below the light. Installation went well after observing the sales video with the product. The transmitter was shown being installed within the down rod housing for a snug fit. I planned the locations for the wires and made most of the wiring connections after the transmitter was placed. The unit was somewhat heavy so I opted to install the light band (magnetic attachment) and the rings of crystals after the main unit was hung. The fan speeds provide a lot of air movement with the short 4” down rod. Installed with a 9.3 feet ceiling height. Very satisfied customer! ... show more

    • Stopped working after 1month

The instructions were vague. Luckily I have electrical and mechanical experience. Fan stopped working after one month. Amazon said they would refund the money and I could purchase a new one. Now the new one is about $25 more than what I originally paid. I asked if they could just send me a new receiver. The light was working when I turned on the wall switch. But the fan and the light would not respond with the remote. Luckily the wall switch was wired with 2 switches from the previous fan and was able to bypass the receiver from the fan and buy a fan speed switch from my local hardware store. So now I have 1 switch for the light and another switch for the fan with fan speed control. The fan and light work now. The loud beep very time the light is turned on is gone now. Which is great. But I m not able to use the remote for the fan timer since I had to bypass the receiver. The fan has a cool look to it but I wouldn’t recommend this fan. Such a headache. ... show more

For the money, it's a little pricey, but the elegance it gives the room is fantastic. Not sure why, but I did have to order a replacement since the first fixture didn't work. I don't use the remote control, but I am very happy for the construction of the product. It is mostly plastic, but it looks great so far. I am impressed that the fan blades retract when not in use so it just looks like a regular chandelier. When the fan is in use, the clear blades extend and cool the room. I am pleased with the future because it is smaller and efficient, I was ready to purchase an industrial size fan and light combination that would have been just awful.
