Cups aren’t too lightweight, yet not too heavy. Beautiful glazing even though one of the cups has a pinhole in the glaze, which just means air was trapped and resurfaced during the process (doesn’t impact functionality just aesthetic). I do wish they matched a bit more with both having that solid color at the bottom as advertised, BUT these are hand painted so consistency will never be perfect! I also loved the boxes packaging which ensured they wouldn’t arrive broken regardless of the shipment’s handling. Overall beautiful cups that I’m excited to gift! ... show more

They are beautiful and hefty and come well packed with foam protection all around. Handles a wide and comfortable. The hues are a nice blend of earthy colors. A good sip all around. Just don't try to pour water from the cup into a one cup coffee maker. It's a mess. Small price to pay though...

My cups came in today and they are nice and heavy. The thing is there were supposed to be 2 spoons but 1 was missing. I’m not going to send them back over the missing spoon but beware. That is the reason they aren’t getting 5 stars.

These mugs are perfect! It's difficult ordering mugs sight unseen, and we've ordered a few different mugs now before ending with these, trying to find that perfect coffee mug for the most affordable price, without compromising quality, durability, size, and color. We finally found what we were looking for! These mugs are not only beautiful, durable, and the perfect size and shape, but they were also packaged incredibly well (see pics). No chips or breakage, and the coffee mug handles are strong and thick too. The rim feels good when sipping coffee from these mugs, and all these things just make the drink you ultimately use these mugs for, that much better. These mugs which I primarily use for drinking coffee are just right for my purposes. They are large (but not huge), have good craftsmanship and a nice shape, and appear fairly sturdy. All in all, they do the job nicely. I have seen some reviews complaining about the large size of the mugs. Well, if you are looking for small mugs, then you should choose small mugs! (These mugs' volume is stated right in the description page.) Also, if your mugs leak, then there is some flaw in the manufacture of the mugs (which can happen). Of course, if that happens too frequently, then there is clearly some issue in the quality control of the producer/vendor. But generally, these glazed earth ware mugs should not leak, unless they are cracked, or somehow during the production the glazing process failed to fully be applied. ... show more
