I thought about giving it 4 stars because at the fan's highest speed it does have a bit of rattle periodically, but this fan is still much better than one I bought from the local hardware for the same price. Looks great. Quiet. I'm a fan.

The fan is very nice and as long as it is mounted securely and level it is extremely quiet. It also looks very nice. For the price of the fan I'm very happy. With that all being said the only downside I'm finding is that because of the small lighthousing the only bulb that it'll accept is the one that comes with the fan. I've been to home Depot Lowe's and Walmart and have yet to find a bulb that will fit into the fan. The light it gives off as a yellow light whereas the room I have it in I would much rather have a white light or natural light. However due to the housing unless I put the bulb in bear I won't be able to have that. I wish they would put up what kind of bulb it was so I could at least look that up. That's why I took one star off because once this bulb eventually breaks I have no idea how to find a new one. ... show more

We liked it so much we decided to replace the other ceiling fan that was 30+ years old and making noise. This is a quite fan that moves a lot of air with five blades. The light is bright enough too. This was half the price of the name brand counterparts and was better than them. It hooked up quickly and easily. There was absolutely no wobble, which seems to be standard for more expensive fans. Looks good and was super easy to assemble, I like that there is no remote. The fan does have a constant hum to it and we are unsure if that’s a deal breaker for us or not.
